Me and my brother absolutely loved our stay in Miami to watch WrestleMania. Location is perfect for everything you want and where all the main places are( Collins ave, Lincoln rd,, Ocean drive). Staff on the desk where really helpful and very friendly. I would easily come back here when I visit again.

I had a wonderful stay in February 2012. The condo was clean, well maintained/equipped and close to everything in South Beach. The beach, restaurants, and stores are all within a 1 to 5 minutes short walking distance. Dave, the owner was extremely helpfull. He responded to my emails and answered all of my questions. The hotel's front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable which made checking in and out a breeze. They also told me about a little grocery store located across the street when I mentioned I needed a couple of items. There is a solarium on the second floor, which we used several times to sip a cool drink, relax in the hot tub, and just enjoy the view. I definitely recommend this property if you are considering visiting South Beach. My trip was perfect!

We have spent a week in Dave's appartment and everything was perfect! It is very nice, comfortable, clean and perfectly located. You need to walk just 2 mins to the beach. Dave was very helpful during the whole time and took time to answer all of our questions. If we go to Miami again, we will definitely stay at this place.

I've been in Dave's unit for three nights and I highly recommend this place. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking from the beach and from a wide variety of bars, restaurants and stores. It is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing getaway in the middle of Miami Beach for an amazing price. Very clean, comfortable and convenient. This is completely true, no tricks here. And the owner cannot be more helpful. Dave is the kind of person with which everyone wants to deal with, always available. Highly recommendable, no doubts.

Excellent Stay In Beautiful Miami!!!

This was the second time I stayed at Dave's place and it is definitely one of my favorite spots to stay at when I'm in Miami. I visited Miami during March of 2010, from the 18th to the 22nd, and I had a blast, thanks in large part to staying at Dave's unit. The location of the unit is absolutely awesome, especially at such an affordable rate. It feels so nice to be in the heart of South Beach as you can feel the energy in the air. Of course, with South Beach being a party town filled with young and sexy people, you have to expect noise and a little rowdiness, but that's what SoBe is all about. For the price, location, service, comfort, and quality, this place is unbeatable! And Dave is a very friendly guy who is very easy to deal with... Bottomline: This place ROCKS!!!

Too noisy

This Studio Suite is affordable and close to all and is, indeed, a very clean unit and building. We stayed there for 4 nights in mid-March and 3 of the nights were fine, however, on our final night the neighbours in the next unit were extremely unruly, loud, smoking, noisy....and made that night terrible. The problem is that you hear absolutely everything - whether it is on the street or in the next unit (which is only separated by a locked door). For this unit however, the owner was very good to deal with...prompt with answering any questions and gave us helpful advice. The problems in the next unit were beyond his control - except perhaps, for the soundproofing in the room. You actually hear things as though you are right in the room with the adjoining unit (and if they smoke, as these folks did, it comes under the door into your unit and fills the room). When checking out, management did say they were evicting the folks that day but this did not help us after the fact. We were up all night with the ruckus and so it, unfortunately, jaded our view of staying in this location.

I booked this condo for my Dad who was spending 5 days in South Beach. David was great to deal with via email, he always got back to me promptly with all the information I asked....and I asked a lot!! My Dad loved the condo, had everything he needed. He was in the heart of South Beach and was able to walk everywhere. My Dad is already inquiring about going back for 2 weeks next March! I have being using VRBO for about 7 years now and I can honestly say David has been the most pleasant person I have dealt with so far. Thanks David!

I stayed with my husband for six days and the location of this unit was perfect. Everything was close and nearby and within walking distance. There was no hassle to check-in and check-out. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back for a quick getaway.

Hi David, my husband & I just got back from your place in South Beach at Royal Hotel. I'm the one who called you about 2 wks ago to book it directly. I found you on vrbo. We really enjoyed our stay thanks so much for all the quality touches you added to your room. It was also very clean. Very important! All the staff was very helpful & polite. We had a great time. My husband, Bob, found out from one of the girls at the front desk that you are a NY firefighter. My husband was a firefighter in Chester, NY. He's from Queens, but he lived upstate for a long time & that's where he volunteered as a firefighter. His son is a firefighter down here in GA. This is a great place. This is my third stay at the condo and it is absolutely wonderful there. Great location, great value, very clean and a very friendly staff. So nice I came back twice! I stayed here on 03/25/08 and 03/31/08. Very Nice spot! Excellent location! I brought some friends to take a look at this place and they were so upset about where they were staying at, and not to mention paying more than me too. They felt like they were getting jipped. I will be looking to stay here again or any other properties you have on SoBe. Very nicely done. I recommend this place to anyone (except when I'm trying to be in there) Thanks Dave. I stayed in this unit for a few days when I was on vacation. It's central location made it the perfect starting point for everything South Beach has to offer. The beach, shopping, eating, partying, etc...was all a short walk from this condo. Dave was very professional and accomodating in helping to make the stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond just offering a clean comfortable place to stay. And the staff at the condo were just as helpful. Can't wait to get back !!

This was my first trip to miami, after spending 5 monthes in a iraq, me and my wife decided to take a relaxing trip to miami. This room was Amazing. Extremely clean. Has everything you will need and more. Also it was located in the Heart of south beach. Only 3 blocks away from sobe beach, and ocean drive. This room is definatly a value for all it offers. Wanted to get away and still be in the middle of the SoBe nightlife. Once I got there I found out it was one of the better units. Tastefully decorated and very clean. The free bike made for a complete tour. I didn't want to leave!!!
