Due to its spectacular location, our home normally rents for $135/night to $155/night, depending on high or low season. As the economy is slow, we have reduced our rates for all of 2012/13 - to allow everyone the opportunity to visit the Big Island without breaking the bank. Those who cannot travel in 2012: we will honor the $99/night price plus cleaning and Hawaii taxes- for 2012 and/or 2013, if you book with us before the end of 2012.
Our completely remodeled end-unit oceanfront home is located on the ground floor in the Kona Isle condominium complex on Alii Drive within feet of the ocean. The grounds are tropically beautiful, with pool, BBQ area, and white sandy man-made beach area where you can laze the day away. Close to shopping, golf, snorkeling, and restaurants! We offer a 100% complete refund of your deposit prior to 30 days from your arrival. At 30 days out, you will pay the remaining balance for your vacation, and refunds after that date aren't possible unless we can re-rent the unit at that same time period, which we will make every attempt to do. Most rental companies retain a portion of those deposits if you cancel at any time, but we want you to know your deposit is safe with us, should a change of plans require you cancelling the reservation. This, to us, is aloha.

Mahalo Brad and Beth for sharing your bit of paradise with us! We have stayed at the Kona Isle 3 times before, at different oceanfront condos in the D & E units. And to tell you the truth, we didn't know if we would like the ground level unit.....well, we LOVE it! It was so nice to just walk out the sliding glass door to use the pool and BBQ area and with the excellent view and price, it just can't be beat! We are staying for 2 weeks this time (usually we only stay for 1 week, then move on to a different island). We will definitely return, hopefully for a month!. Aloha, until we come again!
