This is truly one of the most unique properties in the area! It is a veritable compound with the main house we call the "Station" right on the lake and just 35 feet from that is the second building we call the "Roundhouse"or to some, the grand bunkhouse. Behind that is a real railroad caboose with sleeping quarters, shower and bathroom (3 season). With a hot tub, pool table, ping pong and foosball, there are so many amenities that even a rainy day won't get boring.
Not to mention there are not one but two docks, horseshoes, a swingset, a nearby rope swing, and connections to two other lakes.
In the Autumn, the leaves are so picturesque and come winter we are just 15 minutes to the famous Sunday river ski resort and 5 minutes to the Mount Abrams ski resort. After a long day of skiing, come back to a roaring fire and a soothe your body in the hot tub.

Winter .. $900-$1600/weekend (Non-holiday).
Add an extra night for just $200-$300/night. Discounted midweek rates.
Summer .. Late Jun-Aug 24 .. $5400/week. 8/24-31 discounted rate.
Mid-March thru late June please call and we will make the deal work!
Mid-August thru late december please call for specials.
Smaller groups welcome anytime of year excluding Summertime.
Add tax 7% and cleaning fee $135 Nov-April, $160 May-Oct.
