My wife and I took our two daughters, 12 & 18 and stayed for 5 nights July 11-17, 2011 at Charles' place. For anyone that has not been there the pictures do not do it justice. It was as clean as it could be and larger than the photos look. Don't let the 10th floor scare you, elevators are fast and 4 of them in the building so no wait. Did not hear any noise from people walking down the walkways, ice machine in fridg works great and plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, etc. This place exceeded our expectations and Charles was great doing business with. We were concerned we may be hit with high pressure sales pitches from agents on duty. Charles assured us we would not and he was correct. We were asked at check in if we would like to attend a meeting and we said no thank you with no pressure and that was it. Grounds are well kept as is the condo. 10 min drive to Universal and you can see Disney and Sea World fireworks at night off the balconies! We will be back.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We have stayed in the Orlando area 5-6 times over the past 5-6 years. Charles place is one of the best we have stayed in. Very spacious, and very well decorated. You can tell he has tremendous pride in owning this beautiful condo. It looks like it is only 3 months old! The unit was SPOTLESS when we moved in. Very well decorated with very nice furniture and complementary pictures on the walls, everything you need for a wonderful vacation.....it's all there. Amazing view of Lake Bryan and the Disney fireworks. Huge pool and very nice walking trails on the grounds, and a big bonus with covered parking. It is right in the middle of Disney (Not on Disney grounds, but either way you drive there are Disney parks) It is a 10th floor unit so if you do not like heights it is pretty high.........but what a view! You will not be disappointed if you book this condo...it truly is a home away from home!

Wow, we just arrived last night and I couldn't wait to wakeup this morning and write a review for this condo.. Pictures look different on website than how this condo truly presents itself. Condo was very very clean. Even the grout on the tile was spotless! The furniture was very modern and up to date. Granite full kitchen. Full size fridge. Nice bunkbeds!. Modern beautifully decorated pictures and window treatments. Fantastic lake view OMG. Easy check-in at front desk. Friendly staff. Nice to have paper towels, hand towels, soap . Nicely equiped! We just spent 3 days at your beautiful condo, and really enjoyed the stay! The location is great for WDW, and the amenities and grounds are great!! I only wish we had been here during warm weather - the pool and lake looked wonderful. It was nice to have the kitchen and extra bath as opposed to having a hotel room, expecially for the great price!! Thanks, we would definitely return again.

We stayed 12.18-12.24 2009, and we were very pleased with the accomadations, how close the condo was to WDW, and the staff was very efficient and friendly. The view of the lake was beautiful with the sunrise. After crowded days at WDW, it was nice to come "home" versus being in a hotel room. It was very clean and welcoming, and had just what we needed. Thanks Charles for sharing your condo...loved it!!

This was a delightful condo. It was very clean, and so nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to anyone. It is close to Disney, and the condo complex has a large, beautiful pool. We will try to return!

Charles, Just wanted to drop you a note that we really enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for our family and really worked out well. We have done the Disney property thing three times in the past, but my wife and kids preferred your condo to staying on property. We'll definitely look you up next time we are down.

Just returned from the Blue Heron Resort. EVERYTHING was great and as advertised. Clean, neat, easy access. Close to everything (parks, food, shopping). Ample parking, nice and friendly staff. The owner Charles was very nice and easy to work with. I will stay there in my future trips to Orlando.

This was an absolutely beautiful condo!There we just two of us, and we had so much space to ourselves. I didn't pack a hair dryer, so I was happy to find one. We did our laundry, enjoyed the view of Lake Bryan from the balcony, got into the hot tub and enjoyed the jetted tub! You will absolutely LOVE this condo. Charles, thank you for being so accomodating. We will be back!

I am in my 80's. My sister and I stay at this lovely townhouse. We stayed a week and then had other plans. But, cancelled and returned to this great setting. All new! With wonderful views and very close to everything. Charles was great.... timely replys and every question answered. We would give this location and townhouse an A++++. We did look at others... don't bother. This is it!

This place was great!! We have stayed at quite a number of places in this area over the last ten years and this is the best one. If you are a family of four or less, this is the place for you. Charles Manzino, the owner, could not have been more accommodating. Don’t make the mistake of passing up on this place.

Staying here was incredible. The property was new and beautiful. It was conveniently located near theme parks, shopping and other attractions. This property would be ideal for a family or for older adults like my husband and I. The pool was gorgeous and everything was so nice and clean. I would hightly recommend this property to anyone. We have traveled extensivly and this was the nicest place we have ever stayed. Hope to return some day.
