Thank you for your interest in our townhouse #110 at Futura Yacht Club in the Florida Keys (Mile Marker 88.5).

Our lovely townhouse is an end unit directly on the water's edge and facing west into the Gulf of Mexico. The boat slip is within feet of the townhouse. The upstairs has two large bedrooms: one with a king bed with adjoining bathroom; the other with two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a queen bed and full bathroom.

The main level has a half bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a balcony. The sofa in the living room opens into a queen-size bed. When you are sitting on the balcony, you feel like the water is directly below you. You have a totally unobstructed view of the Gulf. There is also a very nice swimming pool and tennis courts for you to enjoy.
