The screen-enclosed pool features a pavers patio, ample leisure furniture, and barbecue, and temperate year-round weather in which to enjoy it all. Your hideaway features a split-floor plan with multiple dining areas, including a breakfast nook, formal dining table, and outdoor set as well as conversation pits. The beach house is dressed with Bahama and plantation shutters, a cobblestone driveway that accommodates multiple cars, a lushly landscaped yard, a fenced play area or pet run, two-car garage, and oversized laundry room. I get to have fresh breezes, swim with manatees, enjoy gardens and surf, and have a quality of life that seems second to none. The people here are friendly, just because. Life is great. The weather is generally mild year round and it's nice to be able to go outdoors for activities at any time of year.

Since the mid 90s I had rental property that I would lease on a long-term basis. Upon moving to Vero Beach with my husband, Harvey, we quickly realized this place was a dream come true. I decided to rent to seasonal visitors and have never looked back. I've met some of the most interesting, colorful people ever and it's all happening in paradise. I developed my beach house with the tropics in mind and created an atmosphere that allows people to transfer themselves in mind/body/spirit so they can feel like they truly escaped.
