Serene and lovely would best describe the views from this second-floor, lakefront condominium. The water surrounds you as you dine atop the palms on the screened in lanai.

Vaulted ceilings and an eight-foot wide, fully opening glass door lead to the lanai, as do the French doors from the master bedroom. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, dressing area, bath, and TV. The second bedroom, also with French doors is in the front of the unit next to the second bath.

Experience great deep-water lake fishing only 15 feet from unit. Located four miles from Tigertail Beach and one and a half miles from gulf access boat ramps... Enjoy swimming, shelling, parasailing, and boating recreation!

Condominium parking-at your door. Outlet shopping only two miles. There is excellent golfing across the street at Hammock Bay.

Like Being On a Houseboat!

We stayed the month of January 2011, most of the time the weather was good. BUT, the condo was fantastic! So clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, everything needed to cook, relax and enjoy the time. The view!!! It was like being on a houseboat! Two nice pools - sidewalks to take leisurely walks, very little traffic on the street and almost none on the lake. The alligators were entertaining and the birding great! Marco Island just a two mile drive and the necessary WalMart two miles the other direction. Carolyn and Phil were helpful and easy to work with. Thanks so much for beautiful memories. Dick and Dona

Owner response:This beautiful lakefront condo will be our home someday. We try to keep it in tip top shape. Our renters always do the same. Our February renters have been staying here for the last five years, and plan on coming back in 2012. That usually leaves Jan, March, and April open, for the prime season. Naturally it is availble the rest of the year. Oct. and Nov. weather is great in Florida. Phil and Carolyn
