Although this was a beautiful home and we truly enjoyed our stay at 1310, we have had difficulty with getting our security deposit back.

My husband, son and daughter-in-law spent a week at your beautiful home. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was great, close to stores and downtown. The house was spotless and had all the amenities of home. I would definately recommend this property.

The house and grounds were immaculate!! The location is incredible, convenient to everything, great and quiet neighborhood. We were immediately comfortable and our vacation began the moment we walked in the door. Everything was 5-star and we enjoyed the private pool/spa and incredible mountain views. Indoors were exceptional as well and very well appointed, we enjoyed watching the Superbowl on the large HDTV. Bottom line, after laboring over several homes, 1310 was a great decision. We look forward to returning!!

I would highly recommend staying at '1310'. It was like staying at a luxury hotel, with every amenity one desires. From the high quality linens, to the flat screen TV's, to the modern decor and private pool, everything was wonderful and extremely well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the home during a very hot weekend in Palm Springs. 1310 was beautifully furnished and maintained and instructions on using the appliances, electronics, etc. were available in a neat notebook. The location was great, close to downtown Palm Springs, 10 freeway and grocery. We would definitely stay here again!

Such style. A true Palm Springs experience, felt like Frank Sinatra and buddies were going to amble through the door at any moment. The indoor and outdoor amenities and nearby gourmet food shopping made cooking in fabulous. The proximity to golfing, tennis, shopping and great restaurants is perfect. It is sublime and we will be returning...again and again.

Stayed for three days on a quick golf trip here. What an excellent spot! The house is stunning and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was close to downtown and for groceries is was a 3 minute walk to Albertsons. Would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable spot for a getaway.

The home is everthing and more than advertised. The owners made the rental process very easy and are excellent to work with. The property manager was very helpful. The inside of the house is immaculate with all amenenities that anyone could want. All the house infomation is outlined very well in the home manual. The kitchen is well equipped with everyting you need! The pool and backyard area was perfect for our family to relax spend quality time together. Thank you for making our first visit to Palm Springs so great and we look forward to staying at your wonderful property again.

I can't say enough about this wonderful home. Total privacy, views of the mountain, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Everything is of great quality. All the appliances, dishes and barbeque are high end and the user mauals are available. We had a wonderful time and would go back in a second. I highly reccomend it.

Looking at the pictures on the internet did not do this house justice. We had a fantastic time over Thanksgiving; we found everything we needed, right where it should be. The floor plan allowed for us all to have our own space and yet spend time together. Great location, close to everything we needed. The property manager was incredibly helpful and with all of the modern features I though we would spend half our time trying to figure out how to turn on the tv, but everything is very clearly marked with great instructions, so all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. We are already excited about our next trip back provided the house is not booked. Truly a delight!!!
