A Perfect Vacation Condo for your Family!

The convenient location is nestled between the Deer Valley ski resort and the serene waters of the Jordanelle Reservoir. If Deer Valley is your skiing destination, your lift tickets may be purchased at the Jordanelle Express Gondola, a three minute drive to the ticket office from the condo’s under ground garage. Tickets may be purchased from 8:30am-2pm same day.

The two bedroom and two bath condo is furnished with all the comforts of home including some hip and sassy touches. The Master Bedroom features a queen size pillow top bed and attached private bathroom. A second bedroom is appointed with two twin size beds. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen-sized sleeper. Enjoy the gas fireplace and open floor plan on the top floor of a typically quiet building.

On-site you will find a heated Pool (May-October) and Hot Tub (open year-round). The Clubhouse also features a Fitness Center complete with treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes and weights. Also available is a pool table, chess tables, a cozy fireplace, kitchenette and a big screen TV with theater system.

Ask about pets. Smoking is Not Allowed.

Why the Owner Chose Foxbay at Deer Valley Lakeside

Fox Bay is our home away from home. We fell in love with the area when we lived at Fox Bay waiting for our house in Lehi, UT to be built. The location is ideally located near enough, yet secluded enough to be a true retreat.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

Year-round outdoor adventures are available right outside your door. Skiing at Deer Valley is quick and easy as the Jordanelle Gondola is a short 3 minute drive. Or, summertime boating activities at the Jordanelle Reservoir is 5 minutes to the boat dock. We enjoy the year-round Clubhouse ammenities such as the Fitness Center, Recreation Room and Hot Tub. The heated swimming pool is open May-October and the children's playground is nearby.

    • Jenny and I really enjoyed our stay, We had the best day ever of Sking / Snowboarding at Canyons. We had plenty of room as it was just the 2 of us, but there was plenty of space for a small family. We were able to make our own meals and entertain guests who live in the same development. 5 stars! The hot tub was not open though, which was a bit of a bummer after 3 days of hardcore shredding.

    • My husband and I stayed in the condo the first week of March. Angie was very accommodating and easy to work with. Angie was quick to answer any questions to try to make our vacation as comfortable as possible. The location of the condo is great--1 minute from the Gondola and a 10-15 ride to the Deer Valley basin. The condo is well priced and a good deal for deer valley. We look forward to re-renting the condo in the future.

    • My wife, teenage daughter and I stayed in the condo the last week in February 2009. The owner, Angie, was thorough, pleasant and professional. The Condo had every amenity needed to make the stay hassle free. The location was perfect for skiing Deer Valley and well located for everywhere else. We would rent this condo again. I highly recommend it.

    • Fantastic location for the Jordanelle Gondola. Also easy access by car to 8 other major ski resorts. The setting was peaceful and very scenic. The condo was home from home and spotless. It has all the amenities you could wish for. We had two weeks in February 2009 and would love to visit again for the summer activites. Angie was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with local knowledge. We had a fantastic vacation and would 100% recommend this condo. Book early!!!

    • I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. Angie makes every attempt to provide you with a wonderful vacation by offering her second home in impecable condition and with every amenity we could ask for. Her condo is extremely clean and the kitchen is fully stock even down to an extra large crockpot for making those nice warm meals while out enjoying the snow. We recently stay over the xmas break and completely enjoyed ourselves. The Parkins' make every attempt to be fair and accomadating to their guests and I thank them for that. We will certainly look to them again when our plans bring us to the Park City area.

    • Five in the family. Stayed a week in July. First trip to Park City area. Had a wonderful time. The property is great! Plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. Great location. Nice views. As nice as the condo is, Angie is even nicer and great to work with. Helpful, willing to do whatever it took to make my family welcome. I would honestly recommend this owner and property to anyone interested in visiting that area. Do not hesitate. A truly nice experience.

    • Our family of 6 had a great time. The pool and other amenities were great for our younger kids. Angie was very accommodating and ensured that all was in order when we arrived. We've already recommended this condo to a neighbor looking for a quick escape out of the summer heat for a few days. Close to lots of outdoor activities we enjoy.

    • Stayed in this lovely condo for a few days of skiing at Deer Valley. Loved the location close to the Jordanelle gondola - very easy to drive there, park, store our skis and catch the gondola to access the mountain. Access to plenty of green runs. The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, well stocked. Angie was very helpful and great to work with. Would stay again when visiting Deer Valley - a nice quiet change from the other busier side of the mountain.
