There is 4 seat golf cart available to rent. This is a fun and convenient way to travel around the resort. You’re just a few minutes from the beach, the village or shopping on the Grand Boulevard, just next door to the Sandestin Resort. Park your car and use the cart!!!!
So come stay in the Tommy Bahama inspired showcase home at Laurel Grove. Our cottage has a master suite downstairs (king) with a private entrance from the front porch. There are two bedrooms upstairs (queens), a sitting area which is also convertible to an additional queen bed. The cottage comes with a TV, DVD and Stereo in the great room along with TVs and DVDs in the bedrooms and free WiFi! Our cottage boasts high ceilings and doorways, heart-of-pine hardwood floors, and a custom kitchen. It is fully furnished and lavishly decorated throughout. And for your added convenience there is a BBQ, and contained in our deck box you will find a beach umbrella, an assortment of beach chairs and a variety of beach toys. You will enjoy sitting on our back porch overlooking the lake and seeing the 18th tee and fairway of the Raven Golf Course just on the other side. You can also try your hand at catching a bass right off the back porch (catch and release) some fishing equipment supplied. We are only a one-minute walk to the private Laurel Grove community clubhouse and pool. Our cottage is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac with a green space for kids to play. There is no better location in Laurel Grove. We also have bikes for your enjoyment.
Laurel Grove is located in the beautiful gated Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Destin, Florida and is one of the newest communities in the resort. These super refined crumbs of sand have, for thousands of years, washed down from the Appalachian Mountains and now cover the beaches of the Emerald Coast. It is estimated to be 97% pure quartz. This sand is unique in that it is so soft it will squeak under your feet. Little wonder it is considered one of the finest beaches in the world! Western Florida boasts over 300 sunny days per year. Water temps are high 80's in the summer and low 70's to mid 60’s in winter.

We spent the week here with our parents, kids and cousins. The cottage was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. We were close to good food and shopping.We fished every morning and spent plenty of time at the beach. The porch was perfect for watching the turtles and golfers. Our family very much enjoyed our second stay @ 1306 Laurel Way!We loved that you cut back some of the trees to allow for better views and fishing access to the lake. We really appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs and used them daily, as well as the bikes and golf cart. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home. We couldn't have asked for more (except to stay longer). Our family found your home so comfortable and the location was great! My husband and I have been coming to Sandestin together before we were married. Now we have two little boys, four years and 6 months. The four year old loved the golf cart and the fact that there was a tv in his room. He calls this our "new home". We brought my mother-in-law and we have all had an amazing time. Your cottage is perfect and made us feel very much at home. My husband has fished off the back porch every day - even catching a five pound bass! Thank you so much for renting out your cottage.
