This large, luxury one bedroom, Maui vacation rental condominium was completely remodeled in 2008 and looks spectacular. It is ideally located because it is near all the attractions of Kaanapali Beach and directly on the beach. Our Maui vacation rental condo is known as The Mahana at Kaanapali. From your lanai (patio), living room, or bedroom (they directly face the beach), you can watch humpback whales at the same time you're watching incredibly beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. With the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the distance.
Our luxury oceanfront Maui vacation rental is a spacious 900 square feet attractively decorated, one bedroom, ground-floor walkout with spectacular oceanfront views. The condo is only 20 yards from (and directly facing) beautiful sandy Kaanapali Beach and the Mahana swimming pool. Several championship golf courses are nearby.
It is hard to beat the convenience of being on the ground floor. If you are sitting by the pool, sunning yourself on the lounge chairs, or relaxing on the beach, it is extremely convenient to go back to the condo for a cold drink, a book, or anything else you may need.
Our luxury condo was competely renovated and upgraded in 2008. It offers all the conveniences of home - and then some. The bathroom has two sinks, graite counter tops, and a large luxurious walk-in shower with two shower heads. The kitchen has granite counter tops, new stainless appliances and beautiful cabinets. The bedroom has a king sized bed. The full kitchen comes with anything you can reasonably expect to need or desire. The condo is supplied with everything from a washer & dryer to beach towels, to a hair dryer, to picnic coolers, and snorkeling gear. It is equipped with TV’s, DVD, and a stereo, including an iPod adapter. The luxury and convenience this condo offers will help make your Maui vacation truly memorable.
The Mahana at Kaanapali has a quiet and relaxed environment. Many of the Maui condo accommodations are owner occupied or managed "by owner." Since The Mahana at Kaanapali does not cater to tour-groups and conventions, nor does it have a bar, it is quieter than the nearby Maui resort hotels. If you are seeking a livelier environment or other types of night life entertainment, you can find it by taking a short walk along the beach or a short car ride.
The Mahana at Kaanapali was rated as one of the top hotels in Hawaii by Travel and Leisure Magazine while Kaanapali Beach topped CNN's list of "America's Best Beaches.. Although we rent this ground floor condo vacation rental unit ourselves, other owners have chosen to have Aston rent their condo units for them at approximately twice our rates. You can save because we cut out the middleman. Our Mahana Rates are substantially less than Aston's "discount" prices.

Your Mahana place is so wonderful that we have no choice but to use a cliché to describe it. Gratifyingly tasteful and extremely well appointed would be the most accurate description. The decor and amenities show a high level of attention to detail and a concern for the comfort and convenience of your guests. The housekeeper certainly does an excellent job because it was spotless when we arrived. The unit feels like there are no other units around it. It is a space all to itself. Anyway, I should clarify that this e-mail has been written with nothing stronger than Pellegrino and lime passing our lips today so we are certainly sincere in what we are saying.

We stayed for another two nights in an 11th floor unit that was elaborately appointed, but nothing, can come near the comfort and ease of enjoyment your first floor unit offers. Hello John and Cathy, We just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time our family had in Maui at your beautiful condo. We miss it already. We can’t say enough about how quiet and what a perfect location your unit was at the Mahana. The amenities and extras that were in your condo made life so easy and convenient for us. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves while eating on the Lanai, and to be able to walk right outside to the water was just incredible. Although we did and saw a lot during our vacation, in addition to squeezing in some relaxation time, one week is definitely not enough time to enjoy everything Maui has to offer. We look forward to our return already. :-) Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

just wanted to write to say thanks for the use of the condo. Everything worked out great! We had a great honeymoon -- the beach was quiet, we could watch whales every day on the lanai, it was easy to find, and very clean. The Java Jazz recommendation was a great one. We had some great food at Longhi's in Lahaina. We really made use of the front closet -- the snorkel stuff and boogie board came in handy. We left a couple of bottles of wine for the next guests. We had a great time and it was hard to drag my wife away! Hopefully we will be back in Hawaii soon! Thanks again,

Aloha Cathy/John…. We’re back and in love again….with Hawaii…hahaha…our family had an awesome 18 days in Oahu, Maui and Kona. We totally agreed that our best time was in your Condo…and that is compared against the Sheraton Waikiki and Hilton Waikola Village, so you should be very proud of your home away from home. We have no complaints whatsoever it was exactly what you described and had lots of extras that we didn’t expect…the extra spices, snorkel gear, mats, boogie boards.
