This large, luxury one bedroom, Maui vacation rental condominium was completely remodeled in 2008 and looks spectacular. It is ideally located because it is near all the attractions of Kaanapali Beach and directly on the beach. Our Maui vacation rental condo is known as The Mahana at Kaanapali. From your lanai (patio), living room, or bedroom (they directly face the beach), you can watch humpback whales at the same time you're watching incredibly beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. With the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the distance.
Our luxury oceanfront Maui vacation rental is a spacious 900 square feet attractively decorated, one bedroom, ground-floor walkout with spectacular oceanfront views. The condo is only 20 yards from (and directly facing) beautiful sandy Kaanapali Beach and the Mahana swimming pool. Several championship golf courses are nearby.
It is hard to beat the convenience of being on the ground floor. If you are sitting by the pool, sunning yourself on the lounge chairs, or relaxing on the beach, it is extremely convenient to go back to the condo for a cold drink, a book, or anything else you may need.
Our luxury condo was competely renovated and upgraded in 2008. It offers all the conveniences of home - and then some. The bathroom has two sinks, graite counter tops, and a large luxurious walk-in shower with two shower heads. The kitchen has granite counter tops, new stainless appliances and beautiful cabinets. The bedroom has a king sized bed. The full kitchen comes with anything you can reasonably expect to need or desire. The condo is supplied with everything from a washer & dryer to beach towels, to a hair dryer, to picnic coolers, and snorkeling gear. It is equipped with TV’s, DVD, and a stereo, including an iPod adapter. The luxury and convenience this condo offers will help make your Maui vacation truly memorable.
The Mahana at Kaanapali has a quiet and relaxed environment. Many of the Maui condo accommodations are owner occupied or managed "by owner." Since The Mahana at Kaanapali does not cater to tour-groups and conventions, nor does it have a bar, it is quieter than the nearby Maui resort hotels. If you are seeking a livelier environment or other types of night life entertainment, you can find it by taking a short walk along the beach or a short car ride.
The Mahana at Kaanapali was rated as one of the top hotels in Hawaii by Travel and Leisure Magazine while Kaanapali Beach topped CNN's list of "America's Best Beaches.. Although we rent this ground floor condo vacation rental unit ourselves, other owners have chosen to have Aston rent their condo units for them at approximately twice our rates. You can save because we cut out the middleman. Our Mahana Rates are substantially less than Aston's "discount" prices.

Why the Owner Chose Mahana
We love Maui - especially Kaanapali. (What is not to love?).
We can't believe that we were so very fortunate to find a condo in a perfect location - right on the water. And we are amazed that our Board of Directors and outstanding maintenance staff have continuously maintained and improved our condo building and grounds. We appreciate their efforts and are very proud to be an owner at The Mahana.
Our family has spent many memorable times at the condo and our daughter and her husband spent their honeymoon here.

We were actually planning a stay at The Whaler and had condos rented for our big family vacation but to our disappointment The Whaler was going to undergo some big renovations and we needed to relocate our vacation. Back to the drawing board and I found properties at the Mahana. You know the expression "things happen for a reason" well I am so happy we stayed at the Mahana and especially happy to have found your condo. My parents stayed in your condo and from the moment we walked through the door we were amazed. My parents loved their stay and we enjoyed your beautiful patio and the kiddies loved playing on the grass outside your place. All of the amenities make your place a 5 star plus home. The location is perfect and you can't get any closer to the ocean without being in the water!! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us and I hope one day our travels will take us back to Maui and would love to stay in your place..that is is my parents aren't with us because they would definitely want to stay there again! Thank you for thinking of everything to make their stay so memorable!!

John and Cathy, Alrighty!! I fell in love with Maui! I'm planing another trip.... Your place was AMAZING! We would love to spend our vacation there again!! We had such a wonderful time, though much too short. Your condo was perfect in every way. Waking up to not only the sound of the ocean, but the sight of it, too, every morning was something I'd like to do for the rest of m life! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and hope to return to Maui and stay there again soon.

John & Cathy, Sarah and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Mahana 116 in Maui! It was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon. The interior was beautiful and being right on Kaanapali beach was incredible. The sand, views, and snorkeling were perfect, all within a few steps of the condo. We were able to eat breakfast on the patio, pack our lunches, and eat dinner out. We enjoyed hearing the sounds of the waves at night. Thanks for providing such a pleasant place to stay.

When we finally got into the condo ( our door code didn't work ) we were so happy. The place is amazing. It's true---there is everything you could possibally need there. The decor is beautiful, and the view can't be beat. We loved it there, and will stay again.-----If everything had gone as planned and there had been no problems I would have given the rating 5 stars.-------------------

I want to express my sincere gratitude for sharing your BEAUTIFUL home with us during our week in Maui! I knew from the pictures that this place would be breath taking but seeing it in person was beyond anything I had imagined! The view can not be beat and I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of foot traffic on the lower level which was great because we never felt like the view was never interrupted. We spent many hours out on the lanai whale watching (which we saw one everyday, although it was more their splash than them), watching the sunsets and just enjoying the sea breeze. This was my mother-in-laws first vacation and she was blown away! Your place certainly put the "cherry-on-top" of our vacation! We look forward to renting with you again!
