Beach Road Villas is a boutique style Inn and each of our four spacious luxury Villas is fully equipped to make your vacation stay comfortable and effortless. Each Villa offers over 1200 square feet of air conditioned living area and features two bedrooms and 1 ½ baths, full sized and fully stocked kitchens, separate living and dining rooms, two enclosed lanais, and a washer & dryer. We also provide TVs, DVD and stereo equipment, free wireless highspeed internet connections, fresh linens, towels, bicycles, beach equipment, a gas barbecue and a hot tub free for your use.
Our Spanish Colonial architecture is complemented by our extensive tropical landscaping. Featuring over forty different varieties of tropical plants and flowers and complete with a traditional courtyard with a six foot fountain. Depending on the season, you catch the exotic aroma of jasmine, gardenia or plumeria as you drift to sleep to the sound of water gently splashing in the fountain. In the morning help yourself to the bananas (over four different varieties) and coconuts.
Our nightly rates are less than you pay for many smaller places (including most one room cottages and hotel rooms) on the island. We are conveniently located on the east-end of Sanibel just off of the causeway next to Old Town Sanibel and close to the historic lighthouse end of the island.
