The La Jolla Haus is a private,clean two-bedroom,one-bath(+ outdoor hot/cold shower)guest house. It has a one-car attached garage(guaranteed parking)just a few feet from the front door for easy unloading and fast unpacking. The "haus" is a single level(no stairs)spacious 1100 square foot cottage with new porcelain tile floors through out. It is fully equipped with linens,beach chairs, washer and dryer and everything you need to prepare meals in the kitchen. It is surrounded with a patio of tropical plants,a bubbling fountain,and comfortable inviting padded lounges. There are two outdoor dining areas, one covered with a new twinkle-lit pergola, the other under an patio umbrella, all nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood.
It is within walking distance to La Jolla's picturesque beaches and village attractions. You will be just two blocks from the Marine Street beach and only a short walk to the Sunday Farmers Market and the famous village which features a variety of stylish boutiques, world-class galleries, and fine restaurants.
Beyond La Jolla, the world-famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, historical downtown Gas Lamp District, and other attractions are just a short drive away. Or, just keep it simple... spend a day at the beach,pick up fresh fish from the local fish market,start the BBQ and then retreat to the comfort of La Jolla Haus for a relaxing evening at your home-away-from-home.
