We choose this area of Phoenix, because there is easy access to the freeway,and many amenities. The condo complex is relatively new and we find the condo very quiet. The pool and grounds are very well maintained.

We had a great time in AZ and the condo was excellent, furnish with everything plus items that anyone would need to make their vacation enjoyable. We certainly will consider rebooking and return to stay longer. Sheryl and family were very accomodating in every way.

Our family w/ our 3 adult children had a wonderful, comfortable stay in this condo!! Everything was clean and welcoming. We all had plenty of room., The kitchen was very well stocked and I was pleasantly surprised at how kindly the owner opened up her pantry to use whatever was there. Plenty of supplies, ie paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and softener, soap, shampoo - everything! (Of course we re-supplied what we used.) The owners were very accomodating and willing to answer any questions. We all highly recommend this property!! Great location for a beautiful area! Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Really, my review title says it all. The owners are easy to deal with, the condo (ground floor unit) was ready when we arrived. Everything needed for our stay short of groceries, of course, tho' there were chilled bottles of water and other refreshments in the refrigerator:-) Internet, good beds, quiet, TV with dvd-which was rarely used. The location was great and we could easily hop on 101 or US10 to get anywhere. We were there in March for spring training, spent 15 days in the condo, used the pool and barbecue area -- the complex is well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to rebook and return. Thank you S & B!

For the last 2 years we have had the pleasure of spending out winter holiday in this quite, comfortable condo. This year we are staying again for a longer vacation. We have enjoyed the luxurious decor of this home that is always spotless, sparkling and well stocked. In the gated community security is visible and the grounds immaculate.Nearby parks and golf courses are a great place for our early morning walks. Easy access to the main freeways get us to baseball spring training facilities. There are numerous services close to the condo: shopping centres, grocery stores, banking and healthcare facilities.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
