The home has a dining room & full kitchen both enjoying the open water views, & an upstairs loft with 2 twin beds & 2 full size futons to accommodate any unexpected guest. Boasting 70 feet of Deep water dockage / davits up to 5000 pounds and open ocean 400 yards away, it’s just a short boat ride to the, excellent fishing, diving and snorkeling you’ll find here, in your own back yard. Gas & Groceries are also available from the water just down the canal.
