The home has a dining room & full kitchen both enjoying the open water views, & an upstairs loft with 2 twin beds & 2 full size futons to accommodate any expected or unexpected guest.
Boasting 70 feet of Deep water dockage / davits up to 5000 pounds and open ocean 400 yards away, it’s just a short boat ride to the, excellent fishing, diving and snorkeling you’ll find here, in your own back yard. Gas & Groceries are also available from the water just down the canal.

I first stayed at this house during July 2007, and have returned for the month of July ever since. We just finished this year. The addition of the pool was fantastic. We have reserved July for next year, and highly recommend this property for a great vacation in the lower keys.
Recommended for:Pet owners, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this well maintained home very much. Great location. Great setting on a private canal. Only a short 30 minute drive to Key West. Very nice and friendly neighborhood. Close to a lovely beach area. Also, the private pool was a great plus. If you are looking to relax and enjoy the Keys, we highly recommend this property.

We stayed here in January and February 2007, and we greatly enjoyed every minute of it. It was a perfect setting, having frontage overlooking both the end of a wide canal for swimming and snorkeling, as well as the ocean view. The house was spacious and provided everything we wanted to make a most enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves the water, fishing, and who loves a laid-back pace while still enjoying local restaurants and a mere 30 minute ride to the excitement of Key West.

We stayed at this property during the month of August, and I have to say it was a beautiful place. The access to the Atlantic was great. The house was very spacious and accomodating. We have reserved the month of August 2008 and look forward to returning next year.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent ocean access in the lower keys.

We rented this home for the month of July 2007.It was everything as advertised plus. We needed deep water (4ft+/-) access to the Atlantic Ocean without crossing under bridges. We enjoyed the property very much. Getting our boat safely docked the first time could not have happened without the generous hospitality provided by the property manager Mr.Rich Vargas.We have reserved the month of July 2008 and look forward to returning next year.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent ocean access in a great sub-division in the lower keys.
