The water warms to the perfect swimming temperature each summer. A true Montana get away. Excellent trout fishing stocked by the local fishery every May provides great fly fishing, spin cast fishing or ice fishing. Lake Koocanusa is nearby with 80 miles of uncrowded beach for water sports and more fishing. Two other boating lakes are within a mile of the cabin.
The quaint, historic town of Eureka is minutes away, you're only 15 minutes from the famous Stone Hill climbing area, 40 minutes from the Snow Valley Ski Resort in Fernie, British Columbia (Canada),and one hour away from the holiday village of Whitefish at the base of the Big Mountain Ski Resort. Beautiful Glacier National Park is a 90 minute drive. Stunning rock fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, large sleeping loft and unique redwood deck with an octagon that seats everyone.
