One of the Best Oceanfront renovated Studio units in the building, this is our 3rd unit, all located on the 2nd floor. Unit #203 is a studio unit totally renovated late summer 2006, like brand new! If you like unit #202 you will also love this studio unit too.

This condo has all new tile, cabinets, s/s appliances, granite counter tops and approx 500 sq. feet of living space with central air conditioning. The views are incredible and can't be beat! The condo is very modern and upscale in design. A full kitchen in a studio unit is a bonus, and the gas grills at the pool too! A new bathroom with walk-in shower all tiled, clean and fresh, and also equipped iwth hairdryer. We supply all your needed beach items.

The oceanfront lanai has a balcony height table and also lounging chair for relaxing and enjoying your views! Out here you can do breakfast, coffee, lunch, dinner and late night cocktails. This unit is a "NON SMOKING" condo and is just perfect for a party of two. The condo is rented privately, and we do not go thru the building rental pool. Come relax and enjoy, you will not be disappointed.

  • The time Sharon and I shared at your condo was A+, *****, and will be forever in our minds one of the best places we have stayed yet, compared to all of the Islands which we have visited. Your condo was equiped with everything we needed, from the perfect view and closeness to the water all the way down to having a boogie board if we needed it. I still have the lotion and after sun cream that you provided a year later and quite often open it to smell and remember what it was like there at Maui Kai. Our date of stay was may 1, 2007.     Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to truly appreciate Maui. While here, we felt so at ease and relaxed. We spent 1 full day on the Hana Highway, 1 great day of diving off Lanai & another in Kihei. We will return to the Maui Kai and will tell everyone we know about heaven on earth!
