Three-bedroom, two-bath home located in quiet gateway community. Includes private pool in lanai, within minutes of several championship golf courses, 15 miles from white sands of Fort Myers Beach.

There is a grocery store, drug store, deli, restaurant, and gas station within the community, along with a community pool.
