Welcome to the POWDERHOUSE. Our amazing views of the ski runs and resort will not disappoint!! We are located at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort. Our 2 bedroom, plus loft and 2 bathroom unit is ideal for people who come to Utah for the Greatest Snow on Earth. Red Pine Condominiums is a wonderful complex with 3 pools and an indoor & outdoor hot tub and sauna, for soaking after a long day on the mountain. Red Pine has many large pine trees, plenty of parking and exceptional views of The Canyons Ski Resort as well as the surrounding Wasatch Mountains and Park City Valley.

This unit has great views of the entire Canyons Ski Resort. An extensive remodel was recently completed. This included new paint, all new plumbing fixtures (toilets included), water heater, new electrical, new furniture, NEW BEDS, new linens, new oven/range, new dishwasher, new refrigerator, new tile, and new washer and dryer in a complete redone laundry room. Our secure, high-speed, wireless internet will make doing business and keeping connected easy. We have designed our unit for those who want to come for a skiing experience during the winter and a relaxing summer retreat to the beautiful mountains of Utah.

Our kitchen and pantry are completely stocked with all utensils and cookware. All linens are provided including sheets, down comforters, and soft towels. A new gas fireplace keeps the unit warm during the cold nights. Updated electrical heating will also keep you toasty warm. A nice gas BBQ on the patio with patio furniture will assure your comfort while you enjoy the view of The Canyons.

The Red Pines complex features a very nice club house and two full-size swimming pools that are surrounded by beautiful mature pine trees. Only one pool is open during the winter, but is heated to 90 degrees. There is also a children's pool, indoor hot tub, a newly completed outdoor hot tub and sauna. There are tennis and sand Volley Ball courts, and a children's playground. The club house also has a laundromat.
Each guest has raved about the club house and its facilities. There are more trees in the Red Pine development than in any other condominium complex in the Park City area. As such, you will truly have a private mountain experience.

We cannot allow pets in Red Pine. These are non-smoking units; this is strictly enforced. This is your spot for year-round activities at a price that make this condo the best value in the Park City area.

The condo was very clean and comfortable and McKenna was extremely easy to work with as far as the reservation was concerned. I will definitely rent J7 again.

  • The unit was perfectly situated. We had easy access to Dear Valley, the Canyons and Park City's Main Street. Even the trips to Snowbasin were traffic free. Our family of six fit very comfortably and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a luxury. You couldn't find a better place in the same price range.

  • A very fine unit, cozy, and well maintained. Owners and maint. staff very helpful and available. We especially liked the nearby clubhouse facility with heated pool and spa. One caution - the lift mentioned is not easy to walk to when snowplows have obliterated walkways. Otherwise, a very fine value.

  • Rental was great - we found the owners incredibly helpful and the condo was perfect for us. It is very convenient to the slopes and the skiing at the Canyons was great. The owners helped us with everything from restaurant recommendations to advice on ski rentals. The unit is very nicely laid out and we was able to comfortably sleep 8 people. The rooms were nicely decorated and felt like home. We enjoyed the outdoor pool at the clubhouse. All in all we couldn't recommend this rental highly enough.
