Welcome to the POWDERHOUSE. We are located at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort. Our 2 bedroom, plus loft and 2 bathroom unit is ideal for people who come to Utah for the skiing in the Winter and everything else in the Summer. This unit is available for long term rental over the 2009 Winter season! Powderhouse will be the best option for those who love to ski hard and come home to mountain living.
This is the place to come to escape the summer heat and relax in true mountain living. Our unit is very quiet in during the summer months, so come and relax with us!
Red Pine Condominiums is a wonderful complex with 3 pools and an indoor & outdoor hot tub and sauna, for soaking after a long day on the mountain. Red Pine has many large pine trees, plenty of parking and exceptional views of The Canyons Ski Resort as well as the surrounding Wasatch Mountains and Park City Valley.
We are within WALKING DISTANCE of the Cabriolet lift, which will take you to the main base of The Canyons or take the free shuttle just outside the front door to any of Park City's three resorts or anywhere else in Park City, including Main Street! A new golf course is being built just outside our unit and should be ready in late 2008.
This unit has great views of the entire Canyons Mountain. We have put NEW BEDS in every bedroom fall of 2007. There was also a remodel completed during summer of 2007. This includes new paint, all new plumbing fixtures and system, new electrical, new furniture, new linens, new oven/range, new dishwasher, new fridge, new dryer and washer all adorn this cozy unit. Our high-speed, secure, wireless internet will make doing business and keeping connected easy. We have designed our unit for those who want to come for a skiing experience during the winter and a relaxing summer retreat to escape the heat.
There are a total of 9 world-class ski resorts all within 1 hour of Park City. You are seconds from the Gondola of The Canyons and less than 10 minutes from both Deer Valley and Park City Resorts.
In only seven years, The Canyons has grown from the locals' favorite for powder and terrain to a first class destination resort. With over 3825 acres of terrain served by one of the world's newest and fastest lift systems, including two additional lifts new for this season, you can still find untracked powder days after a storm. The Canyons is also one of the few resorts in the Wasatch that has a "Back-Country" access gate, which opens of thousands of acres of untouched powder. In the last 5 years, The Canyons has installed four high speed quads, one "six-pack" high speed quad and an eight passenger gondola as part of its 15 lift system. The Canyons ski resort is the largest ski area in Utah. Its facilities are all new within 5 years and are considered the best in the Wasatch Mountains. You can enjoy all of this without paying the high prices of staying with the resort lodging.
Historic Park City is only five minutes away. It is one of the most exciting ski towns in the Rocky Mountains. There are hundreds of restaurants, shops, and night spots to choose from. You can choose from a relaxing night of soaking in the hot tub or party until the wee hours of the morning at one of the many well known bars on Main Street. Come and stay and enjoy the "Best Snow on Earth."
Our kitchen and pantry are completely stocked with all utensils and cookware. All linens are provided including sheets, down comforters, and soft towels. A new gas fireplace keeps the unit warm during the cold nights. There is also electric heating in all units. A nice gas BBQ on the patio with patio furniture will assure your comfort while you enjoy the view of The Canyons
The Red Pines complex features a club house and two full-size swimming pools that are surrounded by beautiful mature pine trees. Only one pool is open during the winter, but is heated to 90 degrees in the winter. There is also a child's pool, indoor hot tub, a newly completed outdoor hot tub and sauna. There are tennis and sand Volley Ball courts, and a children's playground. The club house also has a laundromat.
Each guest has raved about the club house and its facilities. There are more trees in the Red Pine development than in any other condominium complex in the Park City area. As such, you will truly have a private mountain experience.
We cannot allow pets in Red Pine. These are non-smoking units; this is strictly enforced. This is your spot for year-round activities at a price that make this condo the best value in the Park City area. |
