Two-story new construction, decorated to the tee, with gourmet kitchen. Eat in or dine out in nearby restaurants, Seafood Barge,
Frisky Oyster, Claudio's, Love Lane Kitchen, etc. Walk to beach for a sunset drink, or bring a picnic lunch and collect shells. Two additional public beaches in biking distance from home.
State-of-the-art sound system in all rooms and outside on all three decks. Upstairs bedroom has its own deck. Screened in porch on back deck. All in view of horse farm across the street. Antique stores and wineries up the block and fabulous farm stands with fresh corn and veggies.
You can have a fun girls' weekend, a boys' sports weekend, or bring the family for Thanksgiving. The 50-inch flat screen TV is awesome above the fireplace. Great house for entertaining or just for a tranquil, quiet getaway. Deer and bunnies live in the woods behind the house, situated down the block from beach. Backyard room to play ball, etc. Bikes and volleyball net, beach rafts available for your use.
Huge windows overlook the property and very sunny during the day.
