State-of-the-art sound system in all rooms and outside on all three decks. Upstairs bedroom has its own deck. Screened in porch on back deck. All in view of horse farm across the street. Antique stores and wineries up the block and fabulous farm stands with fresh corn and veggies.
You can have a fun girls' weekend, a boys' sports weekend, or bring the family for Thanksgiving. The 50-inch flat screen TV is awesome above the fireplace. Great house for entertaining or just for a tranquil, quiet getaway. Deer and bunnies live in the woods behind the house, situated down the block from beach. Backyard room to play ball, etc. Bikes and volleyball net, beach rafts available for your use.

Owner Description
Our East End home is an escape to calm and beauty. Fresh air, fresh produce, beautiful clean beaches and all the things that I find relaxing and exciting after spending a long week at work in Manhattan. Just the type place to switch off with friends, and family. Local wineries are full of live music , great deals and dancing. My three kids love it too, they come out as much as they can of course without us. My daughters are 27, 24, and son 19 love the area. They rent boats, go biking , wine tasting and just love to chill out at the house with family. We do not compete withe the Hamptons, not the same. This is the quieter , gentler fork with all the same sunshine and fun of the Hamptons at half the price and twice the fun. Once you are here , you will be hooked. We rented for years, then started looking at owning and have never looked back. We love coming out all year round, Christmas, Holidays and just long quiet weekends. I am looking forward to sharing this experience with you but looking more forward to having it all to myself once I am retired and here permanently. Why the Owner Chose Southold
First because I used to vacation here as a child, and have nothing but wonderful happy memories of the time here. Second because the area has nothing but the best of everything. And finally, the north fork has become a mecca for great musical talent, wedding venues, and much more. I work for a major airline and have traveled throughout the world, and always come back here. The island has so much to offer, with a quiet ambiance that makes it so special. It is my secret.
The Unique Benefits of this House
First it is a house, not a hotel room with all the limits of getting out of the room and into the area. We have made select choices in giving this home at true relaxing quality. You have a gourmet kitchen with the comfort of the open layout to not miss a thing on TV or the surround sound stereo system. The rooms are appointed with total comfort in mind, new mattresses, pillow top, the best down pillows and sheets. Read a book, walk to the deeded beach with the book and a cocktail ( no glass please) and enjoy the best times of the day. The decks provide full comfort for grilling with the screened in dining deck, front back and upstairs lounging decks or the central AC indoor comfort after a hot day at the beach. We overlook a beautiful horse farm with green lush easement property that allows nature to co exist with us. We just love it here, and are willing to share it with you. In season you cannot get a hotel for less that 350.00 to 400.00 per night and we offer an entire house for the same, that makes the choice rather simple. We have several repeat customers that have taken claim to select summer weeks, as they have fallen in love with the area, beaches, wineries, shopping and more.
We have high chairs, double stroller, porta chrib and baby pool for those with youngsters. Volleyball, puzzles games, and library of novels for adults, and a video library for everyone.
Make your plans early especially in season we fill quickly.
