Paris 4th Arr. Beautiful apartment LE MARAIS TWO BEDROOMS in the heart of Le Marais. This apartment is very luminous with five windows on the street and the courtyard. It is situated on the third floor (stairs only) of a 17th Century building. This furnished apartment, with all modern conveniences and storage space, sleeps from one to six people.
In the apartment, you will find a local map which indicates several places you can discover strolling through the city while avoiding tourist traps. Within a five-minute walk, you will also be able to visit famous sites such as Notre Dame, La Place des Vosges, Beaubourg (the Modern Art Center of Paris) and further away (about 15 minutes) is the Louvre museum.
In the area, you can also find several shops with "good value for money" (bakery, food markets and grocery stores) as well as interesting restaurants.

We were 3 people needing individual beds, so this apartment was perfect for us. Beds were large, comfortable, plenty of towels, wifi worked well, management company was prompt and professional, apartment was clean, metro stop only 100 yards away, bathroom is small by U.S. standards, but pretty normal by Parisian standards. Neighborhood is central and vibrant, which is exactly what we wanted (it can be a little noisy, even at night). This apartment is great if you need multiple beds and want an apartment mainly for sleeping. If you want to spend a lot of time lounging in the apartment you might find the living room a little small, and it would be a little small if all three beds had couples, but certainly doable. Stairs to the apartment are a little cramped, but normal by Parisian standards. I would stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This apartment right in the thick of things in the Marais ticked all the boxes. Only 100 metres to the Hotel de Ville Metro and just a little more to Notre Dame Cathedral... it is a perfect location. The three flights of stairs are a drag....but this is Paris. The apartment worked well for 4 adults. The beds are comfortable, the modest kitchen worked well as did the compact bathroom. The double glazed windows were definitely a must, but they did the trick....very little noise in the apartment in spite of a busy street life well into the night. The owner,Thierry, was quick to fix a problem tap and even left a great bottle of red. We would recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay again when next in Paris.

The apartment was just as described and was wonderfully centrally located for our stay. There were just two of us (with a third joining part way) and we had plenty of space and all the amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron, hair dryer) made everything easy. The neighborhood is busy (just as we wanted) but no noise traveled to the apartment with the windows closed. In the warmer season (we were there in April) when you want the windows open, that might be a consideration for some. We didn't try the restaurants in the neighborhood, but liked the baguette at La Festive the best in the area. And don't miss Izrael if you are a cook or just enjoy the experience of spice shop that carries anything you can imagine.

We really enjoyed the apartment and all our expectations were exceeded. The neighbourhood is wonderful with very good restaurants (particularly Le Coude Fou), bakeries, flower shops, cheese shops, wine shops, fresh food markets, butchers and just about anything else you might need for a true Parisian experience. All of this and an interesting view on Parisian street. The size of the apartment was perfect for 5 of us (2 couples, one child). Of course the Paris manager Thierry was very helpful on all our issues. An added bonus: Just walk outside, the Notre Dame and the Seine River is right there.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
