Casa De Campo... The 6 bedroom, 6 and half bath,12,500 square foot Villa nestled in the middle of the Number One top tourist rated Casa De Campo Resort, just outside the beautiful village of La Romana.

Fully staffed from 8am to 5pm daily with one cook, two full-time maids, one driver/butler/Bartender, and a gardener(Overtime or after hours can be organised with the staff at renters expense). Resort transportation is available from house to all restaurants, marina, beach, shops, and Altos de Chavon.6 person Golf Cart is supplied with your stay

Breakfast and lunch served daily (renters supply food). Dining can accommodate 16 inside and 10-15 poolside. Staff speak some English and fluent Spanish.

Bedrooms are as follows:
1st bedroom has two full-size beds - private bath en-suite.
2nd bedroom has two full-size beds - private bath en-suite.
3rd has two full-size beds - private bath en-suite
4th bedroom has one queen-size bed with private bath en-suite.
5th and First Master bedroom is upstairs and has a king-size bed, en-suite has duel sinks and a expansive shared balcony overlooking the lush garden.
6th bedroom Master bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed, en-suite with hot-tub and also has access to the expansive balcony.


The beach (within walking distance), pool, manicured gardens, staff, and warm tropical breezes will welcome you upon arrival. Casa de Campo Resort offers fabulous a la carte restaurants and tropical drinks are all part of this Paradise. Large spacious and well-equipped accommodation with poolside terrace and balcony are among the many amenities included in your rental. A majority of the rooms provide full views of the Caribbean framed by palm trees. Incredible golf at the Casa de Campo ("Teeth of the Dog") Golf Course is just minutes away.

Dining takes on a whole new meaning with several types of specialty restaurants to choose from, each offering a unique experience and flair, no reservations needed (except at peak times of the year). Pete Dye designed course.
Of the 18 picturesque holes on the Dye Fore course, number 12 and number 15 are two of the greatest par three holes in the world.
Dye Fore has spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, the mountains, the Chavón River below and the Altos de Chavón artists' village.Visually, the course is intimidating and the par three's are incredible.

The Links,
The Links course, also designed by Pete Dye, has a moderately hilly track with tall bahia and guinea grass roughs as well as plenty of sand traps to keep you on your toes. Thought by some to be reminiscent of traditional British and Scottish courses, there are several lagoons and even lakes with wading birds. There are five holes where water comes into play on this course making it a challenge unto itself.

  • We have just returned from a ten day visit at Villa Vistamar 31, Casa de Campo in the Dominicam Republic. We had eight adults and five children all of whom thought this is what heaven must be like. The villa is beautifully set on a large well landscaped, well maintained location only three minutes from the beach and all of Casa de Campo's facilities are close by. There is a wonderful pool in the back along with a large thatched covered area complete with bar,furniture,and hammock. Thevilla itself is by far the nicest we have visited in the Carribean. The living areas are very large and beautifully maintained. There are numerous separate seating areas all adjacent to one another- perfect for families and groups. We ate our meals in the dining room which can seat fourteen. Occasionally we ate outside on the large patio poolside. The six bedrooms are all spacious with private bathrrooms. Each is beautifully furnished and some share large sitting areas and an upstairs balconey overlooking the pool and adjacent golf course. The villa is fully staffed with butler, cook, laundress, and cleaning lady. All are very competent. We had no langusge difficulties and they responded to our every need and whim. don't miss Rosa's Dominican Shrimp, and her "arroz con leche", a fabulous rice pudding. Daragh McCaffrey,the investor's representative goes out of his way to make sure everythingis perfect at all times and they are. My four year old grandson said it best,"Papa, we're creating a memory". Vistamar 31 is a special place for those who want finest facilities, service, and above all a luxurious, carefree vacation.

  • What a wonderful place. We spent 15 days in April 2006 and each day was better than the last. We were all very sad to leave. We played all 4 golf cources with "Teeth of the Dog" been voted best followed by "Dye Four" The staff were wounderful and fully attentive to our every need. The range of restaurants in the complex allowed us to go out and sample different food types and the only main problem was deciding either to stay at the Villa and have the staff cook for us or sample another good restaurant either at the port or Altos the Chevron. I can also recommend the local "PADI" dive center 10 Miles away.(Ask for John). They organised a taxi on 5 mornings for pick up from the Villa and were never late.All the dives were great for us all. I intend to revisit early 2007 again.
