This lakefront vacation property in La Conception, Quebec, is just 20 minutes from Mont Tremblant Ski Resort. Take a long winding private lane over a babbling brook and you arrive at this secluded oasis, surrounded by acres of undeveloped land. This is one of those rare and highly sought after properties, that is flat and right at the water level, with no precarious steps to get down to the lake. Three sets of sliding glass doors are so close to the waters edge, you will feel like you are on a ship.

Over 350 feet of lake frontage, the longest private beach on Lac des Trois Montagnes. With a sandy, shallow bottom, with no sudden drops, this lake is very safe and ideal for young children. Our vacation property has been recently renovated and is very comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is truly a secret four-season treasure.

Ideal, of course summer, when you can enjoy exploring the lake from our pedal boat or bring your own motor boat, yes we have a dock. It is also a spectacular place to visit in the Spring and Fall, when you can enjoy the local hiking trails and see the change of leaves. In the Winter, the lake becomes a Wonderland. Make your own ice skating rink or take a half-hour drive on well maintained roads, to enjoy winter activities at Mont Tremblant Resort.

The location is ideal to take best advantage of all nature has to offer in all 4 seasons, that includes the deck and dock in the summer, and great walks along and around the lake in winter. Enjoy a roaring fire after a day of cross country skiing or snow shoeing in the winter.

This chalet is conveniently situated 30 minutes from Mont Tremblant ski hill. The winter enthusiasts will enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing, skating, snowshoeing and tubes sliding.

Golfers have a choice of many world-class golf courses, and the Petit Train du Nord offers 200 kilometers of linear bike path. Easy access to St. Jovite village, where you will find many spas, shopping, grocery stores and an excellent choice of restaurants.

The house is supplied with fresh towels and linens. Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, dishware, coffee maker and appliances. These are to be maintained by the guest. There is no housekeeping included in the price of the stay. Housekeeping service can be provided at an additional cost. Inquire about rates when booking.

  • We had a pleasant stay for 3 nights and 4 days, the cottage although a little ways away, was perfect for what we were looking for, peace and quiet, large landscaping, waterfront, beach, 2 fire pits and clean accommodations. The kids loved pitching tents outside, and playing in the sand! The Owners are wonderful to deal with, helpful and courteous. Would recommend this to anyone! Thanks again.

  • We spent a wonderful week at the cottage. The property is very clean and cozy, there is everything what you need and in perfect condition. The view is fantastic and you enjoy everything what is in there (including canoe and the paddle boat). The lake is right outside and you can not bring it any closer then that. Our family (including the dog) enjoyed every minute of our vacation.

  • Nous sommes allés en famille avec 2 jeunes enfants. Tout était parfait, tout était fourni. Nous avons même pêchés et attrappé une dizaine d'achigans, les enfants ont adoré, nous avons vu des animaux et il y a une petite rivière qu'on ne voit pas sur les photos. Vraiment tout était parfait.

  • The entire experience from start to finish with this rental was fabulous. Yaffa is excellent at keeping in touch and making sure everything is perfect. The cottage itself is wonderful. The inside is kept very clean and the bedrooms are all a good size. The 2 bathrooms are both amazing with the 2nd bathroom shower being enormous. The cottage is very cozy with an open kitchen concept so everyone was always able to see each other. There are 3 patio doors leading to an enormous rap around patio that over looks the lake. The patio was such a nice feature especially with the integrated seats. The fire pits were both kept very clean. The beach is bigger then the pictures show and the sand was very nice and to our surprise keeps going into the lake. The lake was very safe and did not go deep until fairly far out. The dock was a nice place at dawn to rest and overlook the lake. There were not very many boats on the lake which was an added feature. The property is very big and there are no neighbours near by which is always good. We also really enjoyed the canoe and the paddle boat. I would recommend this to small groups and family’s of 4-6 people who just want to get away and relax near a fire/ or on a beach while having all the luxury’s of a nice cottage.
