5 minutes from brand new "Marriot Casino", 2 minutes to Crashboat Beach, 5 minutes to Punta Borinquen Golf Course, 5 minutes to Borinquen Beach, 5 minutes to Borinquen Airport, 5 minutes to Ice Staking Rink, 5 minutes to Water Parks (Las Cascadas) 7 minutes to Jobos Beach, 22 minutes to Rincon, and walking distance to Internet Cafe. That's how close we are to all the center of activities.) Our regular check in is 2:00 PM, but for those who are arriving on 5:00 AM flight, we will check you in as soon as you arrive as long as the room is vacant, again with no additional cost. There is a bakery on the corner next to the guest house.
The guest house is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED. There is an air conditioner in the living room/kitchen, and another air conditioner in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with a COMFORTABLE SEALY POSTURE PEDIC MATTRESS, and closet/drawer cabinet. The living room has a COMFORTABLE SIMMONS brand futon that can be converted into a full size bed.
In addition, there is also a roll away bed (couch) in all the bedrooms. The living room has a 27" television with Dish Satellite network , and DVD to watch movies. The apartments have full kitchen, regular size refrigerator, and are also equipped with COMMERCIAL GRADE WATER FILTERS for the guest's convenience and safety. WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET that is connected directly to the rutter is also available so bring your laptop so you can check your email, and surf on the net, again IT'S FREE. There is a large roofed gazebo that has gas barbecue grills and OUTDOOR KITCHEN with chairs and tables for the whole family to enjoy. There is also a LAUNDRY FACILITY in the guesthouse.

We are military family serving the U.S. Coast Guard. I retired from the Coast Guard after 26 years of active duty and decided to live in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico which is close to the U.S. Coast Guard Air Base. Marisel works for the Coast Guard Exchange. Our sons and daughters are also Coast Guard Officers. And being retired, I enjoy managing our guesthouse. It keeps me busy, and is definitely a good hobby.

The location was excellent. It was in a nice quiet area, with friendly people. Property was nice and clean. Management was around when needed. Owner was so welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and recommend it to everyone. It truelly makes one feel like there home. Wonderful experience. Thanks Carlos & fam

Our stay at Lito's guest house was wonderful. We had all the amenities of home, on a smaller scale. The apartment was very clean and quiet. It was a very peaceful stay. No one bothers you and you are close to everything (five minutes from the beach). We met Lito, who is a really nice guy, who is very accommodating. I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy the island in a safe, clean, peaceful and practical price.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
