To see the pictures of the apartments, click the "More Information and Pictures" at the bottom of this page. 2 minutes to Crashboat Beach, 5 minutes to Punta Borinquen Golf Course, 5 minutes to Borinquen Beach, 5 minutes to Borinquen Airport, 5 minutes to Ice Staking Rink, 5 minutes to Water Parks (Las Cascadas) 7 minutes to Jobos Beach, 22 minutes to Rincon, and walking distance to Internet Cafe. That's how close we are to all the center of activities.) Our regular check in is 2:00 PM, but for those who are arriving on 5:00 AM flight, we will check you in as soon as you arrive as long as the room is vacant, again with no additional cost. The guest house is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED. There is an air conditioner in the living room/kitchen, and another air conditioner in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with a COMFORTABLE SEALY POSTURE PEDIC MATTRESS, and closet/drawer cabinet. The living room has a COMFORTABLE SIMMONS brand futon that can be converted into a full size bed. In addition, there is also a roll away bed (couch) in all the bedrooms. The living room has a 27" television with Dish Satellite network with two (FREE) premium channels, and one of them is HBO for FREE, and DVD to watch movies. The apartments have full kitchen, regular size refrigerator, and are also equipped with COMMERCIAL GRADE WATER FILTERS for the guests convenience and safety. WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET is also available so bring your laptop so you can check your email, and surf on the net, again IT'S FREE. There is a large roofed gazebo that has gas barbecue grills with chairs and tables for the whole family to enjoy. There is also a LAUNDRY FACILITY in the guesthouse.

Rates (Studio) $65/night+ 7% tax – (One Bedroom) $70-75/night+ 7% tax
$20 cleaning fee.
Major Credit Card needed to guarantee reservation
Balance due two weeks before arrival.  Three day minimum stay.
Cancellation policy: Full refund minus $25 cancellation fee 30+ days from arrival
50% refund minus $25 for 15 to 30 days from arrival.  No refund for cancellations
that 15 days unless we rebook some or all of the days.  For accident, illness or
deceased family we will allow you to apply the funds to a future stay.
