Do you want to live luxuriously and bring nothing but a toothbrush? Everything in this Condominium is of the highest quality, and includes some contemporary artwork, antiques, down comforters, and nice tableware. It is located in a beautifully maintained brick building with elevator in downtown historic Salem, Massachusetts. That is the place famous for the witch trials. Within walking distance are the Witch Museum, House of the Seven Gables, Peabody Museum, cafes, and great restaurants overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Salem Harbor.
Our 1100 square foot, top-floor Condominium has cathedral ceilings and skylight. It is well insulated and soundproofed and faces the inner courtyard garden with umbrella tables. The garden leads to an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, fully-equipped gym, shower, and changing room. There are meeting and party rooms available for your use. You will not hear the hourly commuter rail train to Boston's North Station but it will get you to Downtown Boston in 25 minutes. It is a two minute walk from our door. High-speed internet access and cable are available in the building.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, full dresser, loveseat, chair, TV, and VCR, and dressing area with bifold mirror doors and a wall of built in storage, as well as a full bathroom with a shower that has a place to sit. The office bedroom has a glass desk, executive credenza, full-size futon bed, and a wall full of built-in storage. The second bath has a tub and shower. There is a linen closet and washer and dryer in the unit. There are new bed linens and plenty of towels. There is a full pantry with Hepa vacuum, ironing board, etc. and more storage off the kitchen. There is a coat closet in the entryway.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric self-cleaning oven, food processor, coffee grinder, blender, all sorts of serving pieces and utensils, pots and pans, flatware, nice dishes, and even champagne glasses. The living room has another glass desk, a chinese cupboard entertainment unit with doors off but in the closet. Our sound system has a VCR player, tuner, speakers, and TV. Other components can be connected. Comfortable sofa with queen-size sleeper, wing chair with ottoman, cocktail table, side tables, a Duncan Phyfe dining room table with two leaves, and four side chairs. Central forced hot air and air conditioning are included. Garage parking is available for one car. A second space may be obtained.

References and a credit check will be required.
Tenants will pay one month's rent as well as a security deposit equal to one half of a month's rent to confirm an agreement.
Eventually we will be using these furnishings again.
There is a good cleaning person available if you choose.
