The condominium was clean and well-furnished throughout in lovely Mission or Arts-and-Crafts style appointments. Having two televisions was a decided plus, as was the home office setup (including Wi-Fi and printer/fax/scanner) which worked flawlessly. The entire complex at Catalina Reflections was well-maintained, with many extras including swimming pool, spa, and exercise room, and the neighborhood couldn't be beat. The location is nearly perfect: walking distance of the fascinating DeGrazia gallery, and a short drive (or even walk) to such "necessary" shopping as hardware, grocery, and sundries stores, as well as excellent restaurants. Just a short drive took us to Tucson's best upscale shopping mall, La Encantada. In short, pretty much anything we could have wanted and we'll be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, pet owners, age 55+.

2008 was a terrific year in Tucson! We had several repeat clients who enjoyed our condo for 2+ mos rentals. We received many comments about the quality of the furninshings and the peacefulness and privacy of the unit and its location. Our guests also enjoyed their proximity to world class golf, hiking, and dining! We also had guests for the world-famous February gem show who enjoyed their time away from the hustle and bustle of the show at the end of the day. The unit was better than we had hoped!! It was spacious, new and very clean. The area is among expensive homes and was nice and quite. We loved the open floor plan and the gated front porch. About the owner: Former full-time residents of Tucson, we have always enjoyed this part of the Southwest for over 40 years. This condominium was purchased and furnished exclusively for use as an upscale vacation rental. We have clients that return year after year, which we feel is the ultimate compliment!
