We are happy to offer our special home for your beach holiday in Newport, Oregon. Located on the Yaquina Bay channel between the bay and the sea, with a beautiful view of the bridge and boats passing by, the home is an ideal base to take advantage of Newport's many activities.
Watch the seals feeding and playing in the shallows in front of the house. South Beach is a short walk to the West down the jetty road. Head East a few minutes walk to visit the Rogue Brewery, Newport Aquarium and OSU Oceanography Center, all destinations worth a visit.
The home was recently constructed with quality materials and attention to detail. Its three story layout with the living/dining/kitchen on the middle floor, was designed to take full advantage of the views and many beautiful sights. Its open floor plan and a bank of windows facing the channel give it a roomy, comfortable feel. It also has 9' ceilings on the main floor and vaulted ceilings in the two bedrooms on the third floor for additional spaciousness. The kitchen is comforable, very well equipped and ideal for preparing the catch of the day. Each bedroom has its own private bath and TV. It is an ideal home base to take in all Newport has to offer or just relax on the deck. |
