Looking for a vacation getaway with all the upgrades? Look no further! Our first floor Condominium is located in the gated community of Ocean Keyes which is only two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and a short walk to Shagger's Paradise on Ocean Drive.

The Condominium was completed in 2006 and contains only NEW FURNISHINGS. It has two bedrooms and two full baths and offers a pool view. The luxurious unit is furnished with granite countertops, nine foot ceilings, crown molding, upgraded furniture, custom paint, Berber carpet, and a screened patio with furniture.

Located in Building #31, you back to a pool complete with hot tub, kiddie pool, and the fitness center. It is a short walk to the beach, or you may drive and take advantage of FREE public beach parking located all along Ocean Drive which is easily accessed through the back gated entrance to Ocean Keyes located on Hillside Drive.

The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, a Plasma TV, a FAX MACHINE and a DVD/VCR player. There is also a washer and dryer in the Condominium as well as an iron and ironing board. The kitchen features granite countertops and is fully equipped with a smooth-top range/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, pot and pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc.

The master suite comes with a king bed, a 26 inch wide-screen TV with DVD/VCR, a large walk-in closet, a ceiling fan, and a luxurious bath with tile flooring and a six foot tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen bed, 27 inch Cable TV with DVD player, a spacious closet, and a full bath with Tile Flooring.

Some of the extras you will find in our Condo include High-Speed Internet with wireless connection (Wi-Fi), 2 Cordless Phones with Free Long Distance Anywhere in the US and Canada, and a fax machine. (Phone/Fax Line and Wi-Fi are available in the condo from June 15th to September 1st of each year.) Additional Free Wi-Fi is available year round on the property in the Recreation Center. If you have small children, we have a portable crib, a high chair, and a pack and play. We also have beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, a cooler for the beach, and beach toys for the kids to enjoy.

Ocean Keyes features five swimming pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a recreation room with an LCD TV, Free Wi-Fi, card tables, and a pool table. (Tennis Courts are set to be completed in 2009.) There are barbeque areas with gas grills, picnic tables, walking paths throughout the community, and a large lake. Ocean Keyes is also connected to the city wide bike path system. Please no Motorcycles or Trailers.

The Myrtle Beach area features over 100 golf courses, restaurants, miniature golf courses, theaters, as well as some of the best shopping on the east coast including Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, Broadway at the Beach, and the Coastal Grand Mall.

Some of the most popular attractions include Hard Rock Amusement Park, The Alabama Theater, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, The House of Blues, The Palace Theatre at Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, I-Max Theater, Celebrity Square, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Various Night Clubs, and more.
