Ariel Dunes is a beautiful new luxury property located on Scenic Hwy 98 -- with great views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This 4th floor unit has excellent views of the Gulf while providing easy access and views of the pools (heated & 11,000 square feet), parking, and an 18 hole golf course.

Inside the two bedroom w/ bunk area, two bath unit you will find all the amenities that are expected with luxury accommodations... The unit features nine-foot ceilings, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven and built in microwave. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with an array of small appliances, cookware, plates, silverware, and a washer and dryer.

The unit has all new furniture throughout for your comfort. The dining area has a bar and a round wood table with seating for six. The living room features a leather sectional sofa with two built in recliners and a queen size sofa bed. The entertainment center has a 32-inch LCD - High Definition (HDTV)connected for your viewing pleasure. A Phillips surround sound DVD/CD/stereo system complete the living area. An eight foot sliding glass door leads to the patio and offers a scenic view of the Gulf and pools below. On the balcony there is a patio table with four chairs and two chaise lounges for outside dining or just relaxing the day away.

The master bedroom includes a king size bedroom suit with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress with night stands and dresser mirror. A 20-inch TV/DVD/CD television is also included. The master bath features double vanities, garden tub, with a separate shower. A large eight foot sliding glass door provides private access to the balcony from the master bedroom.

The second bedroom has private access to the second bathroom, which also has access from the hallway. The bedroom has a queen size bedroom suit with beach decor and a cable TV/VCR combo unit.

The bunk room has a dresser and twin size custom mattresses that can sleep children or adults in equal comfort.

The resort at Seascape has an 18 hole golf course on the property and a second golf course -- Emerald Dunes located just off Hwy 98 that quests can play at reduced rates. The property contains over 2000 feet of beach front access to the white powder sands of the Gulf, eight tennis courts, five pools, on-site Conference Center, several fresh water lakes, beach service, Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill - for seaside dining and live entertainment, water sports rental including beach chairs and umbrellas, and great shopping and dining at the near-by Silver Shells Outlet Mall, Destin's Commons, and all Destin's great restaurants.
