If you are a boater, you will love the private dock and easy 1.2 mile, 2 bridge access to the river and gulf. Shopping and dining is less than one mile away.
This condo, on the second floor of a six-unit complex, provides wonderful views, and you will find plenty of privacy in the very quiet neighborhood.
Remodeled in 2004, with new windows, paint, appliances, carpet, lighting, fans and furniture, the condo is spacious and airy at 1200 square feet. The Master Bedroom is 12 x 16 feet, with a walk-in closet and private bath. In addition, there is a large second bedroom, full bath, laundry room, living room, dining room, large kitchen, completely equipped with cookware, dishware and small appliances and a large lanai. You have private access to the pool, via a stairway that leads from your own screened lanai. The living room and master bedroom have TV with premium cable, and the living room is also equipped with a VCR/DVD player, as well as a CD/Stereo. The guest bedroom has TV with basic cable. The Master Bedroom, Living Room and Lanai have pool and canal views.

Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Lovers Key State Park, Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, Calusa Nature Center/ Planetarium and Manatee Tours, are a few attractions in the area. Cape Coral Beach and Marina, Sun Splash Water Park, many golf courses, shopping centers, malls, a huge flea market, movie theaters and restaurants are also close by.
For sports fans, the Boston Red Sox, Minnesota Twins and Everblades hockey teams hold sporting events in this area. Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach and RSW Airport are within 15 miles. - Lanai: The lanai is very spacious and fully screened with removable windows so the lanai can be used in any weather. The floor is ceramic tile. There are two ceiling fans with lights and the lanai leads directly to the large living room via triple sliding pocket doors. When the doors are open, the living space is very large and airy. The lanai is furnished with two wicker chairs and small table and a round glass top table and 4 chairs, so that you may have meals while overlooking the pool and canal. The condo has a private stairway directly from the lanai to the pool.
