Why the Owner Chose Brevard
We fell in love with this charming little cottage the moment we walked in. It felt like going home to Grandmama's house. The person from whom we purchased the house was a wonderful aged woman who had raised her large family there and she left many of her items there to keep the "charm". We have decorated around her house and given it to YOU to enjoy :) come and feel the old time charm we have been enjoying all these years.

Grandmama's House gives you all the "homey" items you need to walk in off stop in off the road and rest your weary feet. You won't have to travel fat to enjoy anything you desire from fishing and hunting to bike riding and walking trails. We have many places to shop and eat with wonderful sightseeing areas such as the Biltmore House and Grove Park Inn. You will be able to visit one of several "out door" theaters or catch an indoor film. For your convenience, we are very close to uptown shopping in the small town shops or you may choose to go to one of the various Shopping centers that are very close by. Christmas is an espically beautiful time of year to spend with us if you miss the Gorgeous "leaf" Season or the "outdoorsie" summer time!
