Lei Eberhardt loves the Channel Islands area. She and her family have lived here for over 30 years. Lei is a local Realtor and her husband is a commercial diver. Together, they have raised 3 adult children on the beaches of Oxnard. If you come and fall in love with the area or nearby areas Lei can help you find a vacation home to purchase. No one knows the area better than Lei.
Why the Owner Chose Oxnard
Oxnard has three wonderful beaches. It also has a marina that is the gateway to the Channel Islands. It is close enough to LA that you can commute to the airport or downtown, but it is far enough away to escape the traffic, crowds, smog and heat. The average temperature in Oxnard is 72 degrees year round. It is paradise!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
While staying at my condo I enjoy sitting on the balcony, watching the boats go by. We can walk to the main club-house to enjoy the heated pool and spa, or even to work out. In the club house we can sit and relax and breathe the fresh, salt air. Ventura offers fantastic gourmet restaurants and pizza, fish and chips and sushi are all within walking distance from the condo.

We booked the week after Christmas last minute and we are really glad we did. We have rented vacation rentals numerous times in the Channel Islands area over the past 5 years because we love the area so much. Lei's condo is beautiful and cozy with easy access to the beach areas. We will definitely rent this condo again. Lei was so very helpful and it's a wonderful value.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lei's condo. We found it to be clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It felt like we were in our own little world. The building is located in a really nice area, so we were not concerned about security at all. Lei put together a book of maps and things to do there that was very helpful. The only complaint we have is that we didn't stay long enough! We would love to come back someday.

Our recent stay at Channel Islands Harbor was very pleasant, in large part due to the accomodations. We found Lei's vacation rental clean and comfortable with nice a nice view of the channel. The kitchen is well equiped and although we did not use the grill on the patio it's a nice added feature. The other tenants we ran into were freindly and we will plan on staying there again.
