My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week on our official honeymoon. It was just as described, complete with many extras such as beach items, a cooler, fully stocked kitchen. Good location- convenient to many awesome beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. The condo grounds/pool area are very well maintained. The only thing I can recommend for Court to add is some info for renters upon arrival (maybe a sheet of paper stuck to the fridge?) detailing which parking space you are to use, that you need to register at the condo office in order to get the pool/laundry key, etc. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing!

Our stay in Kihei was excellent. The condo was clean, updated and very comfortable. The unit had all the amenities as described and the common areas/front desk gives you some of the conveniences of staying at a resort with much more value. The grill and pool areas are well kept and clean. The beach is fun for a walk but we chose to drive into Wailea for longer days hanging out at the beach. The owner Court was quite the host providing great recommendations and a very high level of customer service. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had the pleasure to stay in Court's condo this year for two weeks. I am not a cook but the appliances and cooking utensils were super. The bed was great, the two sliding doors opens up the whole condo and it is laid out just like the pictures you see on the website. The extras that was in the condo was just like you were at home. Cooler, beach chairs, beach towels etc.. Someone had left a couple of bottles of water in the frig and that was so nice, we did the same for the next guests. The only concern we had was we came in very late at night, the office was closed and we didn't know where to park and by morning we had a parking notice on our car. Just park in the guests parking and you will be better off. Thanks Court for sharing your lovely condo.

Five Stars! We had a wonderful time at your beautiful condo! The pictures and descriptions were spot on! It was very nice to have everything we would need for our stay including suntan lotion and books to read! Must dos - Fish tacos at Freds in Kihei, dinner at Aloha Mixed Grill in Lahaina, whale watching boat trip, drive to Hana (CD provided) and relax! Hope to come again!

Awesome trip, condo was even better than I hoped! Really beautiful, ocean view, nice pool, large grill area for BBQ's. Condo was stocked with everything you could ever need. I also recommend googling Maui Jon. His web site recommendations are EXCELLENT, especially the local eateries. We miss Maui already and will definitely book this condo again when we come back!

We stayed 7 nights in this amazing condo. Has all the amenities that one needs, along with a great location. It's well decorated, very clean and the sunsets are fantastic. Courtney is a wonderful owner and wants to make sure everything is perfect, which is so much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone considering it!!! Thank you so much Court!!!

We have just returned home after our stay on Maui and in this WONDERFUL condo. This condo is everything as described and more. It's very well located, it is EXTREMELY clean and nicely decorated. The view to the ocean is wide open and that makes for beautiful sunsets. The grounds are very well kept/landscaped as well. This is a nice, quiet condo community and I would very much recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay while vacationing on Maui. The owner, Courtney, is so wonderful to work with - he's flexible and very responsive. You don't come across that very often, unfortunately. Court...thank you sooo much for opening your condo to us for our get away, so very appreciated. When we have the chance to get there next time, I'll be in touch as we'd love to stay there again. Hopefully we'll be "home" sometime at the same time and can get together - it's been a very long time. Rita & Randy

Lovely Stay in Kihei

We had been in Maui for 3 weeks already when we arrived in Kihei to stay in this cozy condo. We were in Maui on business and we were officially on vacation for our stay. The condo lived up to expections. It had a fully stocked kitchen, beach items to use, was tastefully decorated and very clean. There were 2 pools (1 is a kiddie pool, perfect for my 3 and and 1 year olds) and a hot tub, nice grills for BBQ's and a short walk over manicured grounds to the beach. We throuoghly enjoyed our time and Court was a gracious host and very easy to reach in case of any issue. I would highly recommend this charming condo.

The pictures are not enough to describe this beautiful condo. This place is clean , clean, clean!. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would use at your own home(can opener, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, knives..etc). The bed is very comfortable. The closet has beach towels, blankets, sewing kit, beach chairs, hangers, igloo, iron and ironing board. Central air if needed. Television in the living room and bedroom. Alarm clock. The views of the pacific from the condo are beautiful. Outside, the staff are daily cleaning the pool and barbeque. No joke! I took a picture to show family and friends. They couldn't believe it! Courtney always returns calls ASAP. We had a great trip and want to return soon. Thanks again Court. Loved the place. Really....Angel and David

Double Blessing!

We have been doubly blessed! My husband is a Pastor and our church family, not only gifted us with two weeks in Maui, but they also made accomadation arrangements for this beautiful condominium. Court has thought of everything one needs for a HomeAway. The kitchen is perfectly suited for having some meals at home. There are four gas grills by the pool, that are taken apart and cleaned every day, so grilling is so easy. Costco is a great option for getting decent chicken and fresh fish of which Ono was our favorite. The grounds and the pools are meticulously cared for, as is the condominium. There are many, many beaches in the area that we visited. Our favorite became the beach at Makena State Park, so clean and beautiful and yesterday we watched dolphins playing offshore. We were pleased to not only find beach chairs in the condo but also a wonderful Tommy Bahama beach umbrella without which we would not have been able to stay nearly as long out in the sun. We would highly recommend COCONUT's Fish Cafe for the best fish tacos you will ever eat. Only minutes from the condo in Kihei, we became regular customers there. For an indulgent treat the Kihei Caffe serves a fabulous Banana Macademian Hawaiian French Toast with Coconut syrup. Court was a wonderful host and easily accessible to answer any question we had....so easy to work with. By all means if you are coming to Maui, this is the place you will want to make your "Hawaiian Home".

Perfect starting point for Kihei adventures!

What a lovely condo! We had an amazing time in Kihei and this was the perfect place to stay. Location was just on the outskirts of town which meant it wasn't too crowded, but also only a quick drive or bike ride to the main part of town. We discovered a fruit stand at the outdoor market just a couple blocks down the road with the best prices and best fruit, and the other thing not to miss would be Coconuts (especially the fish tacos!), which is located in the shopping center also just a few blocks down the road. The condo, as well as the shared areas (pool, bbq area, etc), were all renovated very nicely and very clean. The photos online are definitely an accurate representation. We spent two weeks of our vacation here with our two year old daughter and it was perfect. The condo complex is ocean front with a very calm beach to play on, and there is also a great toddler pool to play in when the wind picks up. It was also a lovely surprise to find boogie boards, sand toys, coolers and overall everything you need already there. If we return to Maui, we will definitely come here again!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Beautiful vacation

We reserved this location after review of photos & other reviews. Stopped @ Costco a couple blocks from airport & on our way to condo. Location was very easy to find - office very friendly. Got to 5th floor & found 501 The condo is very nice - comfortable - nicely decorated - big kitchen w/almost everything you need - bed also very comfortable/bedroom roomy Bathroom beautiful - walk in closet with beach chairs/mats/boggy boards. Only thing we had a little problem with is the blinds - they did not close all the way. You get some light in durning the night & I felt if in the bedroom at night, people could see in. Lani was an extra - nice patio & furniture on it - sat out there in the am & to see the sunset. Pool/spa/bar-b-que ares very nice also, They clean the bar-b-ques everyday - nice to go out & use them. Met some freindly neighbors/people that live at the condos. Laundry nice extra! Location close to stores/restaurants - LOTS of thing to do Beach outside - also close to other beaches. Stella's has a great breakfast. just up the street across from Long's . We also recommend Maui Stables - had a wonderful time riding horses & going into the beautiful forrest/instering drive on 37/stop at Grandma's - learning some Maui history from Kaomi- see a waterfall - VERY worth the almost day!! Make sure you go to a luau - we did the Marriott- close by & wonderful time We would recommend this condo to family & freinds We would stay here over & over again. The Reeds - Scottsdale, Arizona

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at this condo for 7 nites in late June 2012. The condo was well-furnished and clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean in the distance. The condo property was very well maintained with a pool and hot tub. Saw lots of visitors using the nice gas grills near the pool area. The price was very reasonable and the owner makes every effort to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this condo again. The Essary Family

Beautiful Condo with some minor flaws

I was very excited about staying at this condo for a week. Especially after reading all the great reviews. It really is a nice condo and the owner is really cool. There are so many things that I like about the condo and these are all mentioned in previous reviews. However there are three things that my wife and I didn't enjoy that might prepare you for when you stay there. I'm not trying to persuade anyone from staying there because it is a really nice place in a great location. The only complaints we have are: 1. The bed was very soft. We woke up with a back ache after the first night. I placed an extra pillow under the mattress to help support our backs. This helped, but it still was a very soft, uncomfortable bed. 2. The vertical blinds are very thin and kept no light out. We were away from our kids, so we were hoping to sleep in on our holiday. However, it was bright in our room every morning by 630, so that made it difficult. Combine that with the soft bed and you can see why we weren't as rested as we would have liked by the time we left. 3. The unit is on the end of the complex right near S. Kihei Rd. It is a very busy road so instead of hearing the wind in the palm trees, you hear buses, trucks, and loud music coming from many of the cars driving by. We found it much more relaxing to take our wine down and walk the few hundred yards to the beach than sit out on the patio. Like I said earlier, it is a beautiful condo in a great area of Maui. However, I just wish I would have known about these minor flaws. We would definitely stay here again if the condo had a more comfortable bed and better blinds.

I wanted to respond to a couple quick things in your review. I was surprised to hear that you found the bed to be to soft. It is a very new mattress and I have had so many guests call me after their stay and ask me what kind of mattress was it that they had such an amazing slumber on. I know sometimes opinions on what is comfortable to sleep on vary greatly but I do appreciate your feedback on this so I can advise future guests that ask about the mattress but truthfully you are the first guest to ever have found it to be to soft and am sorry it wasn't more to your liking. I always try to get something that is in the middle as far as not to soft and not to hard either that will work well for most everyone. The road noise that you mention is so very in frequent on Kihei road. Maui has hundreds of condo complexes and luxury hotels located on the ocean side of Kihei road and the only time that this ever really has been of any issue is when we get a strong offshore breeze which would have a tendency to blow some occasional noise into or onto the properties. Very infrequently have I ever heard this from repeat guest or new guests staying in the resorts or in my place. 95% of the time we always have a pleasant onshore breeze which keeps any kind of sound other then the palm trees blowing in the wind away from the many condos located in the resort area of Kihei. Pleasant stay on Maui

We enjoyed our stay at this condo on Maui. It is a very large one bedroom condo that has been nicely renovated. It has a well equipped, modern kitchen and a very comfortable king size bed. The location on South Kihei Road is perfect for Maui because you are able to drive up, down, or across the island from this central location. The condo is on the ocean side of the road and has nice views to the water. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The condo is close to the road so there is traffic noise, but I believe that is the case for many of the properties along South Kihei Road. The traffic at night is fairly light, though. I would definitely recommend this condo as a good place to stay.

I enjoyed this place and my kids did even more! The view from the lanai was gorgeous. It was very nice that the owner provides a cooler, beach chairs and a couple of beach towels. The appliances in the kitchen were well kept up and it was so nice that things like soaps, dish detergent, dishwasher soap, paper towels were provided. The shower in particular was very high end, with plenty of hot water and a great, hard shower! The grounds were well kept up and clean. There are several grills that are open for use, and the pools and jacuzzi are clean and well maintained. There are plenty of chairs by the pool and there are tables near the grills. In the condo itself, there were several upkeep things that needed attention. We arrived at/near the end of high season, and I think there were some items that went missing or were broken over time. When we returned I provided a list of these to the owner, who responded graciously and I'm quite sure he'll have these taken care of quickly. There was also a discrepancy in billing (not his fault; we made a change in the reservation) and the owner handled this quite promptly and graciously. If wifi is provided, there were no directions provided for accessing it. That's an easy solve and since the owner was quite a pleasure to deal with, I do have confidence that he'll take care of it. In terms of local amenities...we really liked this area and would gladly return to S. Kihei Road. The only reason we might or might not stay at this condo again is that the beach outside the condo isn't really swimmable...it's very rocky. That being said there are plenty of beaches within a quick drive! We had a great experience snorkeling at Kamaole II, and also liked Maluaka beach quite a lot. We had a date night at Cuatro restaurant down the street--yum. We also loved the shave ice at S & Q down the street, and the Times supermarket (I think) was our favorite. All in all I think this is a great place to stay. Several other tenants staying in other units said that they had returned to this particular complex multiple times. One of them said that if potential tenants contacted owners directly regarding longer stays, it was at times possible to negotiate lower rental prices. That really wouldn't have been an option for us for a week long stay. I felt this unit was fairly priced for what was provided. I can see how other reviewers would give the unit 5 stars if the upkeep issues were not there for them.

We LOVED it!!! Thanks so much for having a wonderful condo. The listing description and photos was more than accurate. The place was clean as well as the property. We loved using the pools and grills. We have a 2 year old and the kid pool was a hit. Also, the fact we did not have to cross the road to get to the ocean was a plus. I booked this place because the pictures were impressive... It was a dream come true when we got there. It is so beautiful. The view was breathtaking. The facilities impeccable. Every little thing you need... like a sewing kit, was there! Court is a genuinely nice guy. Ready to answer any and every question. Honeymoon in Maui

We had a great time in Maui and will return one day for sure. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The entire complex was also very clean with lots of amenities, such as grills, pools, beach access, and close to grocery stores, and shopping. The description (pictures) of the condo and complex are accurate. The owner promptly responded to any questions we had and was very friendly. We would absolutely recommend this condo to relatives and close friends. We recommend that future users of the property rent a car and travel to as much of the island as possible. Our favorite beaches were Big Beach and Makena Landing in Makena. We also traveled to Honolua Bay and Hamoa Bay. Both were amazing. Take advantage of the pristine waters and go snorkeling at Ahihi cove or Makena Landing. Our favorite Restaurants in Kihei were Isana Restaurant and Thailand Cuisine. Also, we recommend that those people with Costco Membership get food supplies in Kahului and cook at the condo. Eating out can get expensive. The entire island experience was fabulous.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first experience with renting a condo using Homeaway. We had no idea how the process worked so we asked a question online to the owner. Within minutes our phone rang. Not only did Court answer our question but he took the time to explain how the entire process worked. We decided to book with Court for 10 days. Our expectations were more than exceeded. This condo had everything we could ask for and there were many activities within minutes. We loved the view from the lanai!! The grounds were well kept, the pool and BBQ area was clean and there were many lawn chairs available. There were plenty of bath, beach towels and linens. The kitchen was well supplied and allowed us to cook many of our meals on site. We really appreciated the quality cookware and appliances. We would suggest Times Supermarket. They had very reasonable prices. The condo was very well decorated and had all the amenities of home. After leaving this condo to visit Oahu, we wished we had stayed here. Thank you for providing such a high quality, comfortable and well cared for condo. It made our stay unforgettable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Mahalo from Mike & Kelley!!

I expected it to be excellent. it looked promising looking at the pics. very seldom you come with lots of expectations and wind up returning with those expectations EXCEEDED. The owner, Court, was super gracious and patient. he answered every question I had and was always available, plus he was always super nice. The condo has everything you want: ocean view, well facilitated kitchen, comfy bed, lots of room, and everything very well maintained (even has 2 boogie surfboards!). the premises has couple of BBQ stations, 2 pools (one for kids) and a nice jacuzzi. My advice is, go shop at Safeway (Kahului) for groceries for the entire time you're there, and do breakfast + dinner at the condo using all the pans, pots, grills and other great stuff (plus it's cheaper and probably healthier). The location is the best there is: right in the center, minutes away from Kahului (airport) and the mid-western coastline - 1 hour from the north western part (Kanapali, etc...) and 2.5 hours from Red Sand @Hana. Also, from what I understand, the little nightlife there is in Maui in general, is concentrated mostly in Kihei, where the condo is. In conclusion: superb, recommended, LOVED It. Thanks Court!

The condo was clean, well equipped and centrally located. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai at the end of the day. The grounds were also well maintained. We spent a lot of time snorkeling and the location provided us with easy access to multiple beaches that were ideal for snorkeling. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to a friend.

We loved this location - very nicely decorated and great location. The view from the balcony is great, the pools are great, and a few steps from the beach can't be beat!! We also loved Court who was wonderful to work with, whether it was questions beforehand or while we were there (and on a different timezone). Chatting with the housekeeper at the end of the weekend confirmed our suspicions - this was one of the better places, even in this apt building. Trust me, you won't regret it!! Definitely worth it!! Perfect for all ages.

We stayed in this unit for 2 weeks and did not want to live. This is a very nice condo with high-end finishes. It is very nicely done and decorated. The mattress is so comfortable, my husband had to take a peek at the label so we can buy the same one when it's time! The condo comes fully equipped with a nice kitchen that includes everything you need to prepare meals, a lovely bathroom and a large walk-in closet. There were even paperback books available for beach reading! We made use of the cooler for beach trips as well as the beach chairs. The lanai was where we spent almost every evening. The breeze off the ocean feels wonderful. You have lovely views of both the ocean and the mountains. We loved Maui and found the condo to be a central location for exploring. The weather in this section of the island is just perfect. We never used the air conditioning, but always kept the sliding doors open to let the breezes in. The ceiling fans made it more than comfortable. We did look at other units of the complex during our stay (they were for sale) and found this particular unit to be really the best one by far. I can very confidently say that you will not regret renting this unit.

We stayed at this condo for 8 days in May. It was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures and description were bang on and the owner was great to deal with. The grounds are beautifully manicured and well cared for. The only complaint we had, which is VERY minor of course, is the fact that the beach is great for strolling but not so good for swimming. This isn't too big of an issue though as there are some great beaches within a 5 min drive. We will definitely consider this unit for our next trip.

The condo was excellent! Clean, comfortable and as nice as the pictures. The pool was great for days not spent at the beach, or to relax by in the evening. It was conveniently located close to shops, beaches and restaurants and only a short distance from the airport. The owner was helpful, available to answer questions and provide suggestions for daily tourist activities. The condo's great location made driving around that much easier. We loved the Luau at the Grand Wailea, driving to see the sunrise at Haleakala, the Molokini snorkeling tour and breakfast at Kihei Caffe. Should you have time, a brief drive to Lahaina and Whaler's Village for shopping, activities (i.e surfing) and restaurants is worth it. From the first e-mail sent to our eventual departure, our stay in Maui was amazing! We will definitely look to rent this property again in the near future, as well, recommend the property to both friends and family. Thanks Court for making our stay in Maui that much more memorable!

We had such a great time here on our vacation! Everything that we needed was right here in the unit. Beautifully designed from floor to ceiling. The natural stone bathroom was wonderful! A Bluray Disc player and flat screen TV, made watching movies in such a lovely living room just perfect. Enjoying dinner out on the lanai and watching the most beautiful sunsets made wonderful memories for us. And the bed made it extremely difficult to get out of, as it is just the most comfortable thing! The only tough thing we experienced during our stay was leaving. We really appreciate everything and look forward to our next visit. We LOVE Maui!

We spent a month in this condo from Dec 7, 2010 to Jan 7, 2011. It is a comfortable, completely furnished condo. It is as beautiful as the pictures look. We have stayed at this complex many times, but this is the nicest one we have had. If you want to sleep with the doors open to enjoy the weather, this is it - since the bedroom opens onto the lanai as well as the living room. The kitchen is beautiful and you can see out while cooking. Plenty of room for the two of us, but there is a futon in the living room and could accomodate more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Court was helpful and gracious through our entire stay. We found the condo to be clean, well furnished, and in the perfect location. Each night a short walk across the lawn put us on the beach for beautiful sunsets. The ammenities; pool, hot tub, and bar-be-que, added to our experience. We found everything to be as advertised and would recommend Kihei and this condo experience to anyone, we have already recommended it to family and friends. We had our honeymoon in Hawaii this Oct and spent 4 days in Maui. We've stayed in two resorts, one B&B, one budget hotel and this condo during our vacation. My husband and I like this condo most. It did make you feel like home. I will definitely come back.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was centrally located for everything you need...grocery store, Starbucks, drug store, restaurants, including McDonald's and Jack in the Box, gas stations, open air markets, Snorkel Bob's and Boss Frog's to rent snorkel equipment and great beaches...all within 5 minutes driving distance. I highly recommend the drive to Wailea (about 15 minutes) for the beach though. The condo was beautiful and the kitchen had everything to make you feel at home. The bedroom was nice and big with lots of drawer space for clothes. There were plenty of towels, extra sheets, a blow dryer, iron, a nice walk-in closet, coolers to take to the beach, beach chairs and one set of adult snorkeling equipment. The grills down by the pool are very convenient. The pools and hot tub were nice too. My 7-year old loved them. The beach is close but small and the tradewinds were pretty bad so we opted for other beaches. The balcony was nice to have morning coffee or meals at, with views of the ocean and Haleakala. It was easily accessible from the living room and the bedroom with sliding glass doors in both. You could see the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony too. Court was always available via email or phone and was very accommodating. The front desk was helpful and there was a concierge to book any excursion you wanted to do. I highly recommend this condo and would gladly stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay at the condo. Most notable: 1. The condo is in top shape. Everything looks really nice in the pictures, but it's even better than you think. Really amazing. 2. Excellent view - you can look right out the window and see the ocean. 3. Location - you're close to groceries, restaurants, and beaches. And the location on the island allows you to get to anywhere else on the island fairly easily. One downside is that the condo is right next to a road that gets a fair amount of traffic so there's some noise with that. Also, the dumpsters seem to be emptied daily around 6-7am which definitely isn't quiet. But that's a minor quibble. 4. Price - From what I was able to find online this was an excellent price for an ocean-view location in this area (or any area on Maui). 5. Staff was very helpful at the front desk & concierge, and the pool & hot tub were nice to have as well. Overall, very happy with the stay, and would happily stay there again in the future.

Courtney, WOW ! Your condo is absolutely gorgeous. And the view is incredible. We enjoyed our coffee on the lanai in the morning and a cocktail at night. In fact, we think it had magnetic powers because it kept drawing us out to it . Also your condo is very conducive to entertaining. Both of our sons live on Maui and it was wonderful to be able to prepare a meal for them knowing that everything we needed was in that fabulous and spacious kitchen. My husband and I enjoyed our visit and stay in this condo! The accomodations were great - right on the beach! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and dinners on the deck! I was disappointed in the pool as it was small and very cold. The condo however, was well equipped with everything from coolers and beach chairs to a fully equipped kitchen. Worth the money!

We stayed this condo on the above dates. The condo is exactly as the pictures depict. If you like to cook the kitchen is well-equipped with every pot, pan & kitchen utensil you would ever need. (A rarity in most vacation rentals!!) We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the whales cruise by just off the shore. There are barbeques & the beach is just in front of the condo building. We enjoyed our stay & the only thing that concerned us was the traffic noise but Courtney has a wonderful water feature in the entry of the condo that masks the cars driving by....so all in all, the condo is everything it says it is in the description....it is very clean & the televisions have every channel imaginable. It was a great place to stay...close to restaurants & grocery stores (& of course, all the open air craft markets!!) Thank you for a wonderful place to stay, Courtney. Aloha, Janet & Scott

I stayed here for 5 nights and was nothing short of amazed at how nice the condo is.Everything in the condo appears to have been replaced very recently. The electronic entry into the unit is a really convenient feature and made coming and going a breeze.Flat panel tv's in the living room and bedroom were a really nice touch along with DVD/CD players. The Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and was great for entertaining our friends who live in Maui. The ocean view from the Lanai was really nice and the outside grills came in handy when cooking up some of the local fish we caught. The condo came well equipped with all beach items you would need like chairs, coolers, boogie boards etc. If I had to pick one thing that really stood out as the best thing about the condo, it would have to be the bed. It was as good as you will find in 4-5 star hotels. Really really comfortable. Just watch that you don’t cut the corner to close when passing by it when headed to the dresser or you will hit your shin. Ouch!Our friends who live in Maui thought it was one of the best condos they had seen for rent and were wondering if Court would rent on a full time basis to them.Nice job Court. Hopefully I can stay there again next time I am in Maui.

We stayed at this unit for the 1st week of our honeymoon and wished we stayed there for the entire 2 weeks we were in Maui. It was a great condo for couples. It was very clean and well-maintained. It has a spacious and modern kitchen. The king-sized bed was so comfortable that we always had a restful sleep. There were lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach mats in the unit to use too. It was a quick 5 min drive to the main beaches such as Kamaole One and closer to popular restaurants and strip malls. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends/family. We would rent this unit again next time we are in Maui again. Also, the owner is very helpful and thorough. He quickly responded to all my emails. Two suggestions: - provide a secured internet connection instead of unsecured - map/directions from parking lot to elevator which is located in the middle of the building - washer/dryer in the unit
