This tastefully appointed two-bedroom ground floor unit at The Fairway Villas is furnished in a Tommy Bahama style and is located on the first fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Course. Our condo is located within an easy 10 minute walk to the Beach in front of the Marriott Hotel for swimming and snorkeling, and has access to world-class shopping and dining at the adjacent King's & Queen's Shops. Guests may also use the pool and slides at the Hilton Hotel by paying a small fee. Our condo is perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway location and will also accomodate small families.
There is a new gourmet grocery store nearby if you plan on fixing your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen. There is a common BBQ area adjacent to the pool if you prefer to grill.
The condo complex is adjacent to the King's Golf course and The Beach course for our friends who golf. Although we don't offer any special golf discounts you can obtain a discount card through GolfHawaii

Why the Owner Chose Fairway Villas
The Fairway Villas is located in a prime spot in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is within walking distance of both the Kings & Queens shops, and is a easy 10 minute walk to the Beach at A-Bay. A little bit longer walk will take you to the Hilton Hotel where you can walk the grounds and watch the Dolphins. We are close to several restaurants, Starbucks, and a wonderful upscale market where you can buy groceries.

The Hilton Hotel in the Waikoloa Beach Resort has been described as the Disneyland of Hawaii. It offers a free tram-ride around the property and boat transportation through the lagoons. Wander the property on your daily walk and see the Whales jumping during the fall and watch the Dolphins frolic daily.
The beach in front of the Marriott Hotel is a wonderful location for spending the day snorkling. During most of the year the bay is very calm making it a perfect spot for families. This is also where the crowds gather to watch our spectacular sunsets.

Everything in One Perfect Location

A true home away from home, this beautiful condo has everthing in one spot. We loved the decor which included an original Peggi Hopper framed in Koa in the Master Bedroom. The king sized bed could not have been more comfortable. The kitchen had everything right down to the granite counter tops. A beautiful infinity pool was right out the door, as was a world class golf course. The condo was a short walk to the King and Queen shops which included wonderful resturants, boutiques, and galleries. Bike rentals at Bike Works in the King Shops make exploring the area just that much more fun. I would recommend popping into Kohala Coast Gallery in the Queen Shops for a facinating look at local art. The beach was just a 2 minute drive but also within easy walking distance. There you had access to kayak, SUP board, and snorkel rentals. We were there for a full month and the owner could not have been more accommodating and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful vacation spot. It is a comfortable, well maintained, and beautiful spot to launch all of your Big Island Adventures. Waiamea, Kawaihai Harbor, Beach 69, and a number of other local spots are well within a short drive. It is hard to do everythig and see everything on the Big Island in just one stay so you will have to come again and again!

My family stayed at Shawn's beautiful condo in the Fairway Villas for the week of Christmas this year. The condo is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything your family needs for a wonderful vacation on the Big Island. This is our fifth vacation to the Big Island, and we've stayed at other nearby condos, but none have been nearly as nice as this one. The pictures don't really do it justice. The area itself is amazing. There are several very nice beaches that are very close, and there are a couple of nice shopping centers within walking distance for dining and shopping. It's a perfect spot for a nice, relaxing family vacation, we would go to the beach each day and then come back in the late afternoon to clean up, make a nice dinner, and relax in the condo. It's spacious enough that my wife and two teenage kids were all comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is very well stocked, large new appliances and all the pots, pans, dishes, and everything else you need, should you decide to make your own meals. The king bed is worth mentioning too, it was extremely comfortable. Many condos have only queen beds, and many of those are not of the highest quality. The bed in this condo was one of the most comfortable I've ever been in. The owner, Shawn, is extremely helpful and friendly, and from the very first time I contacted him I knew it everything would be perfect. He was very helpful is arranging our dates for us, and provided several suggestions for things to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again, in fact, I already have another week reserved!

Our stay from 1/1/-1/8/11 at Shawn's condo was nothing short of outstanding. The pics on the website do not capture how nice, clean, and well-appointed the condo truly is. The condo @ Fairway Villas in Waikoloa is PERFECTly located and leaves you wanting nothing. If you choose not to leave the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, there is so much to see and do within walking distance. Waikoloa, in my opinion, is one of THE most beautiful areas on the island. Do not miss A-Bay @ sunset...it doesn't get better than that! As frequent return visitors to the Big Island, we feel Waikoloa is the prime location for easy access to all other parts of the island. (If you really wish to capture the essence of the Big Island all in one day, we highly recommend the Volcano-Valley-Landing Paradise Helicopter Tour). Contact and making arrangements with Shawn, the unit's owner, is effortless, w/o hassle and stress-free; likewise for the on-site property manager, Leanna. All questions and/or concerns are answered promptly and efficiently. Not only would we recommend this to friends and/or relatives; but we are already planning our return visit. Enjoy your stay! We stayed for 2 weeks in December of 2010, and were absolutely delighted with this condo. The location is perfect - a quick walk to Kings or Queens Shopping Centers, and a 10 minute walk from A Bay beach (my personal favorite) for swimming and snorkeling. The condo is outstanding. furnishings are very lovely, it was so clean, and furnished with everything we might need... including many beach towels, beach chairs, and even hats! Every morning I got up and had coffee on the lanai, and watched the sun rise over the volcano. Then the golfers would come through (the green is right next to the condos) and show off their golf skills (or not). I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm on the Big Island!

Aloha. We would like to extend a big Mahalo to Shawn for allowing to stay in this wonderful home. We stayed here in June and had a blast, great location, lovely house, clean and just a great place to be. We had a great relaxing experience, the neighborhood was incredible and we had a shopping center with everything you can imagine, just walking distance. We are planning to come again next year and staying here. It was a blessing of a time and everything we expected. Mahalo Nui Ke Akua.

My wife and I stayed a week at this condo in 11/07. It was a very pleasant experience. The unit is well appointed and equipped. The condo is located in a quiet part of the complex. It does not have ocean view; but, you get a fabulous sunrise over Mauna Kea. A great beach (A-bay) is a short walk from the complex. I have vacationed on the Big Island for over 25 years and this rental is a superb value.

The owners of this property were a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. The unit is superb; the pictures are very accurate and portray a wonderful holiday setting. The unit is very clean and comfortable and if you enjoy having a good laugh at the golfers every morning this is the unit of choice! Thanks guys for a great experience.
