This tastefully appointed two-bedroom ground floor unit at The Fairway Villas is furnished in a Tommy Bahama style and is located on the sixth fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Course. Our condo is located within an easy 10 minute walk to the Beach in front of the Marriott Hotel for swimming and snorkeling, and has access to world-class shopping and dining at the adjacent King's & Queen's Shops. Guests may also use the pool and slides at the Hilton Hotel by paying a small fee.
There is a new gourmet grocery store nearby if you plan on fixing your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen. There is a common BBQ area adjacent to the pool is you prefer to grill. The condo complex is also adjacent to the King's Golf course and The Beach course for our friends who golf.
The Fairway Villas complex is 6 years old. This is the second year our condo has been available for rent.
