This unique duplex sits right on the bay with views that extend from the ocean to Bodega Head. It is a real fisherman's cottage that has been updated, but has not changed the integrity of the 75-year-old style in which it was built.
It is two doors away from Lucas Wharf and three doors away from The Tides, which are the two major restaurants in Bodega Bay.
We have now gone more modern and have installed extra TV and Wi fi services.
Both units, Seal's Landing (lower) and Fisherman's Grotto (upper) have hot tubs and private decks that sit right over Bodega Bay. Both units also have quaint, functional kitchens. Fisherman's Grotto can be divided into another unit with kitchen and bathroom.

I was a school teacher/counselor for 20 years. I moved to Bodega Bay from Marin County about 12 years ago. I love the coast and the small town atmosphere of the Bodega coastal area.
Why the Owner Chose Bodega Bay
I chose this area because of its similarity to the Oregon coast and its closeness to the cities of Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and Petaluma.
The Unique Benefits of this Duplex
I love the closeness of the water and the sounds of the waves, fog horn and harbor seals that can be experienced while sitting in the hot tub on the deck. It is gorgeous whether it has a sunset or fog rolling in.
