Starbucks is on every corner, of course, and fabulous restaurants, theatres, shopping, and outdoor activities are plentiful! The apartment sits on the busline with a direct shot downtown and just a mile or two to other fabulous neighborhoods: Fremont, Ballard, Queen Anne, Belltown. And four miles from the heart of downtown Seattle. THE APARTMENT is the first floor of our home. The apartment is 900 square feet. The home was built in 1990, so it is very new and spacious.
