Welcome to Island Time! Relax and enjoy the beach from our condominium in a quiet beachy-looking two-story complex with sparkling new pool just outside your own patio area. No need to drive to the beach - just walk across the brand new boardwalk right behind us for fishing, sunbathing, swimming, or taking a romantic walk along the shore. You can see the ocean from the living room window and the back patio. Gorgeous sunsets will make you want to stay forever!
Our condominium is a one-bedroom unit with two full bathrooms that make "getting ready to go" a much easier and timely process (no one likes waiting for the bathroom)! Our location on the ground floor with private parking space right outside the door makes lugging those suitcases, groceries, and fishing gear in and out a breeze ... no waiting on elevators or climbing stairs!
Bring your laptop if you want to surf the web while you are here. We provide high-speed Internet, including wireless capabilities that allow you to surf the web from inside or outside the unit. You could even get some work done...of course, we don't recommend that!
Accommodations include a king-size bed with cushy "memory-foam" topper and a brand new futon in the living room area. The condo has recently been updated with new carpeting and 'wooden look' vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Bed linens and fluffy towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware for eating in. An outdoor grill is also available for cooking those steaks and "dogs." If you prefer to eat out, there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from, including "Shells" restaurant right on the corner. You will not go hungry here!
We have decorated our condominium in cheerful, sunny "beach" colors and funky decor items sure to put you in the mood for fun in the sun. Enjoy!
