Welcome to Island Time! Relax and enjoy the beach from our condominium in a quiet beachy-looking two-story complex with sparkling new pool just outside your own patio area. No need to drive to the beach - just walk across the brand new boardwalk right behind us for fishing, sunbathing, swimming, or taking a romantic walk along the shore. You can see the ocean from the living room window and the back patio. Gorgeous sunsets will make you want to stay forever!
Our condominium is a one-bedroom unit with two full bathrooms that make "getting ready to go" a much easier and timely process (no one likes waiting for the bathroom)! Our location on the ground floor with private parking space right outside the door makes lugging those suitcases, groceries, and fishing gear in and out a breeze ... no waiting on elevators or climbing stairs!
Bring your laptop if you want to surf the web while you are here. We provide high-speed Internet, including wireless capabilities that allow you to surf the web from inside or outside the unit. You could even get some work done...of course, we don't recommend that!
Accommodations include a king-size bed with cushy "memory-foam" topper and a brand new futon in the living room area. The condo has recently been updated with new carpeting and 'wooden look' vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Bed linens and fluffy towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware for eating in. An outdoor grill is also available for cooking those steaks and "dogs." If you prefer to eat out, there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from, including "Shells" restaurant right on the corner. You will not go hungry here!
We have decorated our condominium in cheerful, sunny "beach" colors and funky decor items sure to put you in the mood for fun in the sun. Enjoy!

You know you have arrived for the a fantastic beach vacation the moment you walk in. The decor is fun, the property is clean and well equipped. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus having three teenagers with me. The location is the best on the property, you walk right out to the pool, Tthe grills, laundry, and shower are two doors down. There is no noise factor from the pool as one might imagine. The boardwalk to the beach is right past the pool, an easy walk if you don't have a lot to carry. We rented a golf cart in town and used it to get to the beach and around town, recommended mode of transportation! This was the perfect place for the perfect beach vacation. A fantastic place to stay and get away, Spaghetti and Seafood Works is the best restaurant in town, fantastic soup salad bar, everything we had there was the best.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here last August with our 5, 3, and 1 year old and just booked again for this summer! It was the easiest, most laid back vacation ever with them! We'd like to make a tradition of it. With having a kitchen fully stocked, it was so nice to never have to get the kids in the car seats all week. We only left the condo once! We cooked out, fixed picnic lunches for the beach, etc. The setup is perfect for kids with the fenced patio--laid back mornings. The boardwalk was easy for the kids, the outdoor showers were great, and the pool was perfect after a long day in the saltwater. The sleeping arrangements were wonderful with the two foam mattresses for the kids. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Can't wait to be back this summer!

My wife and I had such a wonderful time at your condo this weekend. On a scale of 0 to 10 with 10 being the highest, we both commented that we would give it a 12! It was like a second honeymoon for us that we truly needed. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo. When we arrived, we found the condo in tip top, clean, and sparkling condition. We loved the ideal location of your condo in Port Aransas and especially loved the cheery and colorful decor of your condo. Having two full bathrooms was truly an extra wonderful convenience. We had a special time enjoying our coffee and conversation on the patio each morning while listening to the waves coming in and feeling the cool gulf breeze. My wife loved the colorful parrots and fish and all the other special touches you have added! We were also really thankful and impressed that your condo is in a safe, upscale Port Aransas neighborhood, which was important to us. It was so roomy, quiet, and peaceful. We desperately hated to leave. We can both say without a doubt that this was truly the very best beach vacation we have ever had! Next time we plan to stay a whole week. We look forward to returning to Port Aransas and your condo is the only place to stay in our opinion. Thanks again for everything and for your kindness!

This is a very pleasant, well maintained and clean apartment that is ideal for a weekend getaway. The location is excellent, a short private walkway to the beach and close to the centre of town. The complex has a pool and shaded car space, BBQ's and keyless entry. The apartment has everything you need for cooking and spending the weekend. The only improvement would be a key to the back door for easy access to the pool and beach and access to the roof deck if possible. We had a great time and will definitely return. Happy Travellers from Austin and Sydney.

This condo was great. Very clean and comfortable. The boardwalk to the beach is nice and the pool is right outside the unit's patio gate. We really enjoyed our stay in Port A, good food (Port A Brewing Co. and Castaways) great beach and lots of relaxing "island time!!" Totally recommend this place!!

The description of this rental was spot on. The property was clean, well maintained and had all of the things we needed. This was our kids first time going to the beach. We found the boardwalk to be really convenient and the pool was right out the back door and it was quiet. I loved the fact we could park right out the front door to load and unload our belongs. It sure beats hauling all of our stuff in and out of a hotel elevator, lobby etc. This rental had two padded sleeping mats that were perfect for our five and three year old and the entrance to one of the bathrooms is just big enough to keep a pack n play if you have a baby with you. We went to Shells to eat dinner and it was good food, but pretty pricey for what you get. For what we paid we should have gotten bread and salad along with our meal. Get there early because there are only about 6-8 tables avail. Enjoy!!
