  This was our first stay in this condo and it was amazing !!! Bottom floor made it so much easier to get to the beach with little ones ! The small grassy area was very nice to play ball and have picnics on when the kids are a little tired of the sand !! Pool was beautiful also . The condo was decorated beautifully and was VERY clean , owner has done a terrific job !!!! We go to destin every yr , and this will be the condo we choose from here on out !!!! Try it out , I PROMISE you will NOT be disappointed !!!

  No hitches or unexpected hurdles allowing our family to sun, play and eat uninhibited.

  What a great week! Everything was perfect. This is a smaller set of condo's which means closer parking, less crowds at the beach and pool. Friendly staff (Arthur takes very good care of the residents on the beach. He knows who belongs and who doesn't). Very clean condo's. We were contacted by the owner upon our arrival to see if we needed anything. Great location. Everything you need (entertainment, dining, tourist attractions) is very close. Go Parasailing!! Incredible!!

  We've had a fabulous time in Destin. Your condo is the perfect location and includes all the comforts of home. We spent our days camped out on the beach, even watched a gorgeous sunset! Thank you so much for allowing us to get some much needed time away in a super beautiful place!

  Looking out this morning we watched dolphins fishing for their breakfast. The water is smooth and glassy, the sky is clear without a cloud to be seen....this is truly paradise! We have traveled all over the world and have never found a more beautiful beach. Thanks for allowing us to share your home. We had a wonderful time!

  My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in this lovely condo. We couldn't have asked for a better view and a more peacful spot. The condo was clean and convenient to everything. It is located only 4 condos down from a deadend road, which makes it ever more priviate. The owners were easy to work with and the deposit refund was returned within days of our return home.

  Even with Hurricane Isaac hassling us on his way out of town, we still had a nearly perfect stay is this very roomy, comfortable room. The location is great as we spent evenings just sitting on the patio listening to the waves. It's also a short walk to to shopping, food (great little coffee shop and sushi place just a short stroll away) and even a bowling alley. We got married on the beach just outside of the patio on the final day and are already looking forward to getting back on our first anniversary.

  The absolute best location ever. How wonderful to sit on your porch, and actually "be" on the beach. Every thing we needed was available and my husband remarked several times how clean everything smelled. We will definitely be going back to this unit next year.

  Thanks Angela!! My family and I absolutely loved your condo!! it was our first family vacation to Destin and my tow boys (7 and 3) loved being to run out the door and to the beach!!! Perfect for being able to keep your beach toys on the patio and for coming back to the condo for a few hours and then go back to the beach, while being able to leave everything at your beach chairs!! So much different than the huge condo's with tons of people!!! Condo was clean and furnished with all the essentials...although a trip to WalMart was required to fully stock it for a week!!! Also great to rent from the actual owner and not a service!! Guest book is filled with great ideas from all the prior vacationers!!! Book your stay and have no worries!!!   This was the best family vacation in the past 10 years! From the moment walking in it felt like home! It was so nice to get up and have coffee while watching the dolphins! Our four boys ages 21-16 loved it as well...it was a real "do nothing" vacation...just get up and roll down the hill to the beach! Great shopping at the outlet mall as well at Destin Commons and on a rainy day there is always the movie theatre about a mile away! Looking forward to being back! Thank you so much for a really beautiful place to call home!
