We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Villas so much. The listing description was accurate. We wanted something ON the beach so it would be easy taking our 7th month old baby. The condo worked out perfectly. It was easy going in and out with all our stuff. Being able to sit on patio while he was napping and feeling like you were on the beach was very nice. Ground floor worked out great. The owners were nice and very helpful. No problems at all. We make at least one trip to the beach every summer and just stay wherever we find but with the baby we will defiantly return to Crystal Villas B1 for the convience and location.

We had a fabulous time during our stay. This was our first visit to Destin. We loved this condo unit, which was very warm, welcoming, cozy, clean and comfortable. We all had a very relaxing time, with serene times walking at the beach or just idling away and unwinding. Thank you! for making our stay comfortable, and sharing your condo with us. We keep returning to same condo each year and haven't even looked at other accommodations because this condo has everything we need. Offers extended panoramic views. We thoroughly enjoy our stay each year and look forward to returning. The owners ensure the condo is very clean, and everything is ready for arrival and also call you once there to make sure there is nothing further you need. Would recommend this condo to everyone we know. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

This was our first family trip to Destin. We loved the condo! We wanted a place that was easy access to the beach with two young children and it was perfect. Walk down a few steps and you are there! Angela, the owner made us feel right at home. Phone calls to check on our stay was really nice. Really appreciate speaking directly to owner if you need something. Condo is clean and decorated nicely. Washer and dryer is so helpful. View is breathtaking couldn't get enough of it. Thank you Angela. Looking forwared to booking next summer.

This was our first time on vacation and we chose this condo because we had children and wanted to be right on the beach. I am so glad we chose this condo. It was beautiful and spacious for me and my family of 6. If you want to be right on the beach and have plenty of room, this is the condo for you. Angela was so helpful in the beginning explaining everything to us. Great owners and a great place to stay.

My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with the Wada's condo. We were looking for something quiet, out of the hubbub of too many people, and too much nightlife, and this was exactly what we found. The pictures of the condo don't do it justice - it is much prettier in person. Another thing we were very pleasantly pleased with was the freshness of the condo. Our experience in staying at other beach areas was that there was always a musty smell in the hotel. We thought it was just the nature of living near the beach. We even carried room fresheners to use, as we always have in the past. However, we never got it out of the suitcase. The minute we walked into the condo we were greeted with what seemed like a breath of fresh air. This may seem like a small thing, but it's a pretty major factor in our decision to return to a place. We can guarantee that when we return to the Destin area, we will definitely try to stay in this condo again. The view was absolutely amazing, and it was just the perfect vacation, largely due to our accomodations. Thank you so much Angela for being so helpful with everything.

We spent Mother's Day weekend in Richard and Angela's condo and could not have picked a better place! This was our first vacation with our 15-month old and it worked out great! Having the pack-n-play already there for him to sleep/nap in was such a nice bonus and everything was so neat and clean! We will definitely book this condo again in the future. Angela called and checked on us and made sure we got everything we needed. She is so friendly and nice. The view from the living room of the beach and ocean was perfect! We would sit on the patio when our son was napping and we felt like we were sitting right on the beach! I highly recommend this unit to anyone!

The Wadas' condo at Crystal Villas was fabulous. It had everything we needed and the view was excellent. We enjoyed the beach, the shopping and Destin itself, but we also felt at home so we stayed in a couple evenings which was nice because it rained we watched TV ordered pizza and relaxed. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this property to others.

This beautiful condo is in the perfect location. The owner, Angela called to make sure we arrived and found everything to our liking. She was extremely helpful and made us feel that we could call her for any needs. We were RIGHT on the beach and a few steps away from the indoor pool. It is in a quiet location and the beach was not crowded at all. We ate at several nearby resturaunts but our favorite was Fudpuckers (they had alligators and a play area so the kids loved it). We have a teenage girl and two toddler boys ages 1 and 21/2. EVERYONE enjoyed this vacation. If the little ones got ready for a nap, it was so convenient to walk them back to the condo. We really appreciated that there was a pack n play already there and we did not have to pack our own. The condo is just as beautiful as the pictures indicate, if not more so. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed walking around in the living and kithchen and having a constant view of the beach. I would surely recommend this condo as a home away from home. The only bad thing I can say is that we HATED to leave! We cannot wait to return next year!

We had a wonderful time in the condo. The location was perfect and we loved the easy access to the beach. The owners have done an excellent job of anticipating needs for their renters. We found everything we needed. The condo was clean and facility staff put up umbrellas and chairs on the beach each morning. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. We enjoyed the sounds of the surf and appreciated not being in the middle of all the traffic and noise. We'll be back!

We stayed the last week in Oct 09. We loved the location. Our first time in the fall at this location and we loved it best of all. We have 16 month boy who loved the condo and the ocean. Angela made everything easy we will come back. You can't get a better location that her condo bottom unit right in the middle of all the attractions.

We had a great time staying in your condo. The location to the beach is perfect. Very nice being right on the beach with all of our beach gear and two little children. Beach was not crowded at all, and the complimentary beach service was wonderful. We love being so close to our favorite places to eat, and to Destin Commons. Angela was great to work with, and even helped us when we left something behind! Sure didn't want to come home, but look forward to staying again in the future. Thanks for letting us stay in your condo, and helping us make memories we will treasure.

We stayed here in August 2009 and it was absolutely fantastic. We have a toddler and it was awesome to be able to walk right out on the beach without having to worry with elevators, etc. We loved our stay. It was especially unique to be there when Tropical Storm Claudette made landfall!!

Our vacation during the week of Aug 1st was fantastic. What an awesome view of the ocean. We found it difficut to leave the patio every evening...very beautiful nights. Beach service is awesome and very accomodating. The condo is a great size and has everything you need so you do not ever need to leave. Shopping at Wal-Mart or outlet shopping is very close. We are beach lovers and could not have wished for a better stay. Thank you so much!

I've lost count how many years we've stayed at Crystal Villas and in Unit B1. We can't top it for perfect beach access, enclosed pool, great beach service, convenient to stores, etc. The owner is most accommodating. Why go anywhere else?

Thanks again for letting us stay in your home. We've stayed at Crystal Villas before but the lower level is just awesome. Walking right out to the beach is amazing. Our family stayed in all 3 units on the 1st level next to each other in April 09 and it was perfect. Your condo was the nicest in my opinion. Everything you need and not overdone or cluttered. The master bedroom has the comfiest mattress ever! The call from you upon our arrival to make sure all was okay was the nicest. And when we burnt one of your burner covers we was like "OMG". When I called to tell you I was so relieved how nice and understanding you were. It is a plus to get to talk to the owners and to know you're a phone call away if something happens. This was our 4th year in Destin and hopefully we'll get to continue coming back to your place. We've recommended B1 to all our friends! Destin is a great place..Fabulous Beach! Thanks for the xtra beach chair service..not all our family got that. Destin Commons and all the restaurants are the Best! We will definately be back. Until then.. My family stayed here in Sept. 2007 & 2008. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and condo so much, we plan to return every year. The floor unit was the envy of the tenants who had to maneuver the stairs each time. With this condo, you can just walk in and out withing seconds. Definitely convenient with a baby! My family goes to Destin, FL every year for a week in May, this typically involves trying to find a good deal on a place, then waiting to see what you get when you get there - sometimes with disappointment at where you're staying. Last year, we discovered B1 Crystal Villas and we fell in love with the place! We loved how the parking lot allows for off the street parking. The condo is right on the first floor, no stairs to maneuver. And you can walk right out the back down to the beach! With great beach service to boot!!! We loved the accomodations inside B1 as well, everything you need, lots of room and comfortable furniture. It is conveniently located to Destin Commons and other shopping locations. We enjoyed visiting restaurants with our family, then my husband and I would come back to walk across for a late night drink and sushi at Camille's - they have much more than just sushi and we highly recommend visiting this restaurant while you are in Destin! We plan to make B1 Crystal Villas a new family tradition that we can all happily look forward to each year!

Wow! What a wonderful home away from home! Our family vacation tradition is to spend a week each summer in Destin. Last July our family found B1, Crystal Villas...needless to say we will make B1 a part of our tradition. The bottom floor is great, along with the corner unit for more privacy. There is a grill located just outside the unit that makes for easy meals. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy!!!

We spent a week at B1 the first week in October of 2006. We really enjoyed the visit and everything was wonderful! For our family, it's like going home to our own condo! We have been renting B1 since 1993. We always request B1 and have never stayed anywhere else, even though we have checked out several other locations. There have been time when we would re-schedule our vacation just to be able to get B1! Some of the things we like and would recommend to anyone are - it's on the ground floor, which is so convenient! No climbing up and down stairs with luggage and groceries! It's an "end-unit", so you have added private space and is quieter! The unit is so well appointed - not overdone, just comfortable and like being at home!! It had everything that you need! It's close to everything: shopping, dining, recreation, it's even close to Walmart. The parking is great and close by. Over the years I've had the priviledge of speaking with the owners of B1. I've never met them, however, I can tell you that these are top-quality people. Not that you will, but should you have any problems with the unit, you are not dealing with some "don't care' agency. You're dealing directly with the actual owners! That is a rare priviledge when dealing with condo rentals on the coast! And, these people will make sure that you and your guests are happy and that you have a wonderful visit. Our family argues each year over who is going to be invited to go with us this year. We just tell whomever we invite to "Just come with me to B1 by the sea and we'll show what a great time is to be had!"
