This was one of the greatest vacations I have ever had. Staying so close to the beach is amazing. I never even put shoes on to go to the beach. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very easy to deal with. I will be going back!

This was our first stay in this condo and it was amazing !!! Bottom floor made it so much easier to get to the beach with little ones ! The small grassy area was very nice to play ball and have picnics on when the kids are a little tired of the sand !! Pool was beautiful also . The condo was decorated beautifully and was VERY clean , owner has done a terrific job !!!! We go to destin every yr , and this will be the condo we choose from here on out !!!! Try it out , I PROMISE you will NOT be disappointed !!!

What a great week! Everything was perfect. This is a smaller set of condo's which means closer parking, less crowds at the beach and pool. Friendly staff (Arthur takes very good care of the residents on the beach. He knows who belongs and who doesn't). Very clean condo's. We were contacted by the owner upon our arrival to see if we needed anything. Great location. Everything you need (entertainment, dining, tourist attractions) is very close. Go Parasailing!! Incredible!!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in this lovely condo. We couldn't have asked for a better view and a more peacful spot. The condo was clean and convenient to everything. It is located only 4 condos down from a deadend road, which makes it ever more priviate. The owners were easy to work with and the deposit refund was returned within days of our return home.

Looking out this morning we watched dolphins fishing for their breakfast. The water is smooth and glassy, the sky is clear without a cloud to be seen....this is truly paradise! We have traveled all over the world and have never found a more beautiful beach. Thanks for allowing us to share your home. We had a wonderful time!

We've had a fabulous time in Destin. Your condo is the perfect location and includes all the comforts of home. We spent our days camped out on the beach, even watched a gorgeous sunset! Thank you so much for allowing us to get some much needed time away in a super beautiful place!

Even with Hurricane Isaac hassling us on his way out of town, we still had a nearly perfect stay is this very roomy, comfortable room. The location is great as we spent evenings just sitting on the patio listening to the waves. It's also a short walk to to shopping, food (great little coffee shop and sushi place just a short stroll away) and even a bowling alley. We got married on the beach just outside of the patio on the final day and are already looking forward to getting back on our first anniversary.

The absolute best location ever. How wonderful to sit on your porch, and actually "be" on the beach. Every thing we needed was available and my husband remarked several times how clean everything smelled. We will definitely be going back to this unit next year.

This was the best family vacation in the past 10 years! From the moment walking in it felt like home! It was so nice to get up and have coffee while watching the dolphins! Our four boys ages 21-16 loved it as well...it was a real "do nothing" vacation...just get up and roll down the hill to the beach! Great shopping at the outlet mall as well at Destin Commons and on a rainy day there is always the movie theatre about a mile away! Looking forward to being back! Thank you so much for a really beautiful place to call home!

Thanks Angela!! My family and I absolutely loved your condo!! it was our first family vacation to Destin and my tow boys (7 and 3) loved being to run out the door and to the beach!!! Perfect for being able to keep your beach toys on the patio and for coming back to the condo for a few hours and then go back to the beach, while being able to leave everything at your beach chairs!! So much different than the huge condo's with tons of people!!! Condo was clean and furnished with all the essentials...although a trip to WalMart was required to fully stock it for a week!!! Also great to rent from the actual owner and not a service!! Guest book is filled with great ideas from all the prior vacationers!!! Book your stay and have no worries!!! Angela and Richard, Thank you so much for renting your condo to our family! This was our first trip to Destin and the condo was perfect. Our 3 children (ages 11, 7, & 4) loved being able to walk right down to the ocean. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning.....the weather was perfect and the view is AMAZING!! We visited the Harbor Walk, Ajs, Fudpuckers, The Track, and many other sites. We plan on coming back next year with our extended family. I also loved renting directly from you as it was a more personal and enjoyable experience, I will not do it any other way! Thanks for calling to make sure all was well. This was our family's second vacation to Destin and Crystal Villas, B1. Our stay in this condo was absolutly perfect again!! Easy access to beach on ground floor, spectacular view, indoor pool, nice beach side umbrella service, and wonderful weather. We couldn't have asked for more. We had a great experience. Everything was very well organized prior to our arrival. The owners called and checked on us after we arrived to be sure everything was as expected. We knew we could call them at anytime if needed. It was great to be able to walk right out onto the beach and even have beach service. Wonderful experience and hope to return!

This condo is perfection made only better by the owners and condo staff. We forgot an important piece to our kayak and they promptly mailed it back to us. I can not say enough good things about our stay and experience! If you want a real view of the beach and easy access this is the one for you!

We loved the Condo. Everything was almost perfect. The view from the patio was great. This was my sons first trip to the beach and he absolutely loved it. It was hard keeping in doors. Beachside service was also a great treat. Will definitely be back in the future. Only complaint I have about Destin is no seashells, but it is something I can live with. Thank you for making this vacation a truly special one for our family!

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Villas so much. The listing description was accurate. We wanted something ON the beach so it would be easy taking our 7th month old baby. The condo worked out perfectly. It was easy going in and out with all our stuff. Being able to sit on patio while he was napping and feeling like you were on the beach was very nice. Ground floor worked out great. The owners were nice and very helpful. No problems at all. We make at least one trip to the beach every summer and just stay wherever we find but with the baby we will defiantly return to Crystal Villas B1 for the convience and location.

We had a fabulous time during our stay. This was our first visit to Destin. We loved this condo unit, which was very warm, welcoming, cozy, clean and comfortable. We keep returning to same condo each year and haven't even looked at other accommodations because this condo has everything we need. Offers extended panoramic views. We thoroughly enjoy our stay each year and look forward to returning. The owners ensure the condo is very clean, and everything is ready for arrival and also call you once there to make sure there is nothing further you need. Would recommend this condo to everyone we know. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

This was our first family trip to Destin. We loved the condo! We wanted a place that was easy access to the beach with two young children and it was perfect. Walk down a few steps and you are there! Angela, the owner made us feel right at home. Phone calls to check on our stay was really nice. Really appreciate speaking directly to owner if you need something. Condo is clean and decorated nicely. Washer and dryer is so helpful. View is breathtaking couldn't get enough of it. Thank you Angela. Looking forwared to booking next summer.

We had our first visit to Destin and stayed in Angela's condo. It was perfect! A short walk to the beach, and it was so clean. Angela called soon after we arrived to check on us and make sure we were happy with our accommodations. The most relaxing trip we have taken in years. We loved it so much, that we made arrangements during the winter to go back again this June.

This was our first time on vacation and we chose this condo because we had children and wanted to be right on the beach. I am so glad we chose this condo. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with the Wada's condo. We were looking for something quiet, out of the hubbub of too many people, and too much nightlife, and this was exactly what we found. The pictures of the condo don't do it justice - it is much prettier in person. Another thing we were very pleasantly pleased with was the freshness of the condo. Our experience in staying at other beach areas was that there was always a musty smell in the hotel. We thought it was just the nature of living near the beach. We even carried room fresheners to use, as we always have in the past. However, we never got it out of the suitcase. The minute we walked into the condo we were greeted with what seemed like a breath of fresh air. This may seem like a small thing, but it's a pretty major factor in our decision to return to a place. We can guarantee that when we return to the Destin area, we will definitely try to stay in this condo again. The view was absolutely amazing, and it was just the perfect vacation, largely due to our accomodations. Thank you so much Angela for being so helpful with everything.

We spent Mother's Day weekend in Richard and Angela's condo and could not have picked a better place! This was our first vacation with our 15-month old and it worked out great! Having the pack-n-play already there for him to sleep/nap in was such a nice bonus and everything was so neat and clean! We will definitely book this condo again in the future. Angela called and checked on us and made sure we got everything we needed. She is so friendly and nice. The view from the living room of the beach and ocean was perfect! We would sit on the patio when our son was napping and we felt like we were sitting right on the beach! I highly recommend this unit to anyone!

The Wadas' condo at Crystal Villas was fabulous. It had everything we needed and the view was excellent. We enjoyed the beach, the shopping and Destin itself, but we also felt at home so we stayed in a couple evenings which was nice because it rained we watched TV ordered pizza and relaxed. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this property to others.

This beautiful condo is in the perfect location. The owner, Angela called to make sure we arrived and found everything to our liking. She was extremely helpful and made us feel that we could call her for any needs. We were RIGHT on the beach and a few steps away from the indoor pool. It is in a quiet location and the beach was not crowded at all. We ate at several nearby resturaunts but our favorite was Fudpuckers (they had alligators and a play area so the kids loved it). We have a teenage girl and two toddler boys ages 1 and 21/2. EVERYONE enjoyed this vacation. If the little ones got ready for a nap, it was so convenient to walk them back to the condo. We really appreciated that there was a pack n play already there and we did not have to pack our own. The condo is just as beautiful as the pictures indicate, if not more so. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed walking around in the living and kithchen and having a constant view of the beach. I would surely recommend this condo as a home away from home. The only bad thing I can say is that we HATED to leave! We cannot wait to return next year!

We had a wonderful time in the condo. The location was perfect and we loved the easy access to the beach. The owners have done an excellent job of anticipating needs for their renters. We found everything we needed. The condo was clean and facility staff put up umbrellas and chairs on the beach each morning. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. We enjoyed the sounds of the surf and appreciated not being in the middle of all the traffic and noise. We'll be back!

We stayed the last week in Oct 09. We loved the location. Our first time in the fall at this location and we loved it best of all. We have 16 month boy who loved the condo and the ocean. Angela made everything easy we will come back. You can't get a better location that her condo bottom unit right in the middle of all the attractions.

We had a great time staying in your condo. The location to the beach is perfect. Very nice being right on the beach with all of our beach gear and two little children. Beach was not crowded at all, and the complimentary beach service was wonderful. We love being so close to our favorite places to eat, and to Destin Commons. Angela was great to work with, and even helped us when we left something behind! Sure didn't want to come home, but look forward to staying again in the future. Thanks for letting us stay in your condo, and helping us make memories we will treasure.

We stayed here in August 2009 and it was absolutely fantastic. We have a toddler and it was awesome to be able to walk right out on the beach without having to worry with elevators, etc. We loved our stay. It was especially unique to be there when Tropical Storm Claudette made landfall!!

Our vacation during the week of Aug 1st was fantastic. What an awesome view of the ocean. We found it difficut to leave the patio every evening...very beautiful nights. Beach service is awesome and very accomodating. The condo is a great size and has everything you need so you do not ever need to leave. Shopping at Wal-Mart or outlet shopping is very close. We are beach lovers and could not have wished for a better stay. Thank you so much!

I've lost count how many years we've stayed at Crystal Villas and in Unit B1. We can't top it for perfect beach access, enclosed pool, great beach service, convenient to stores, etc. The owner is most accommodating. Why go anywhere else?

Thanks again for letting us stay in your home. We've stayed at Crystal Villas before but the lower level is just awesome. Walking right out to the beach is amazing. Our family stayed in all 3 units on the 1st level next to each other in April 09 and it was perfect. Your condo was the nicest in my opinion. Everything you need and not overdone or cluttered. The master bedroom has the comfiest mattress ever! The call from you upon our arrival to make sure all was okay was the nicest. And when we burnt one of your burner covers we was like "OMG". When I called to tell you I was so relieved how nice and understanding you were. It is a plus to get to talk to the owners and to know you're a phone call away if something happens. This was our 4th year in Destin and hopefully we'll get to continue coming back to your place. We've recommended B1 to all our friends! Destin is a great place..Fabulous Beach! Thanks for the xtra beach chair service..not all our family got that. Destin Commons and all the restaurants are the Best! We will definately be back. Until then.. My family stayed here in Sept. 2007 & 2008. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and condo so much, we plan to return every year. The floor unit was the envy of the tenants who had to maneuver the stairs each time. With this condo, you can just walk in and out withing seconds. Definitely convenient with a baby! My family recommends this condo to everyone looking for that dream beach getaway.

We spent a week over the Thanksgiving holidays this year. The condo is very nice and roomy. It is in excellent condition and very clean. Everything you need is there plus all appliances work great. This condo is right on the beach and there is a heated swimming pool! We will definitely stay here again. David & Janet from OK

My family goes to Destin, FL every year for a week in May, this typically involves trying to find a good deal on a place, then waiting to see what you get when you get there - sometimes with disappointment at where you're staying. Last year, we discovered B1 Crystal Villas and we fell in love with the place! We loved how the parking lot allows for off the street parking. The condo is right on the first floor, no stairs to maneuver. And you can walk right out the back down to the beach! With great beach service to boot!!! We loved the accomodations inside B1 as well, everything you need, lots of room and comfortable furniture. It is conveniently located to Destin Commons and other shopping locations. We enjoyed visiting restaurants with our family, then my husband and I would come back to walk across for a late night drink and sushi at Camille's - they have much more than just sushi and we highly recommend visiting this restaurant while you are in Destin! We plan to make B1 Crystal Villas a new family tradition that we can all happily look forward to each year!

Wow! What a wonderful home away from home! Our family vacation tradition is to spend a week each summer in Destin. Last July our family found B1, Crystal Villas...needless to say we will make B1 a part of our tradition. The bottom floor is great, along with the corner unit for more privacy. There is a grill located just outside the unit that makes for easy meals. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy!!!
