We highly recommend this property. It is nicely furnished, well maintained and spotless. Ryan was great to deal with and Sue was very helpful in answering questions that we had regarding places to shop, etc. We would certainly rent this home again.

We stayed in this home for the month of March 2011. The home is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. We especially enjoyed having bicycles available to use within the complex. The owners are very responsive and also have a neighbor who is a contact person if you have any questions. We would definitely consider renting again, except we liked it so much we are in the process of buying a home in Trilogy.

This home is beautiful! Very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need, just bring your clothes, golf clubs, and go to the grocery store. The golfing was fantastic. We purchased the Southwest Pass and saved a bundle. We also used GOLFNOW.COM to get some really good deals. The home was easy to find. The sunsets from the patio are stunning. We can't wait to come back next year.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at the McKenna home very much. The home is very nice and furnished well. Everything we needed was right there and it was an extreme pleasure dealing with Ryan. Trilogy is a very nice complex - close to restaurants, malls, and everything you would need. We would come back to this home in a second. Sue is a very nice lady and was very helpful to us - as well as her husband. Thank you, Ryan, for being so very nice and professional to deal with.

We truly enjoyed our stay in your home at Trilogy. Your photos and comments regarding the property were accurate; we were not disappointed. There is so much to do at Trilogy, you cannot get bored. The owners were also easy to contact and gave us suggestions for activities, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Thanks very much for having us stay at your place. We really enjoyed being there. It truly was a "home away from home", and a wonderful first-time VRBO experience. Everything was inviting, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed using the bikes for early-morning cruises around the property. Great club house too with good fitness facility and nice pools. Susan, your property mgr., was very pleasant and helpful too. Ted and I really enjoyed playing golf several times on the property course..such a lovely setting. It would be wonderful to come back again.

We have spent several winters in Trilogy. This is the second time in this house. It is one of best supplied house that we've stayed in (cleaning supplies, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and many other things). It has always been very clean. Overall, it's just a great place to stay.

Ryan, We enjoyed our stay in your LOVELY HOME!! Lots of room in kitchen to move around in while cooking & entertaining. TV in Master bedroom was nice to have. Very quiet neighborhood. Our month long stay at your home was truly enjoyable. Your home is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. The Trilogy complex with it's amenities added to the enjoyment of our stay. We were comfortable from the very first minute. Your home is ideal in every way.Anything we may have needed was there. It is the perfect home to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the patio. The new San Tan Freeway makes it possible to go anywhere in the Phoenix area quickly.We look forward to coming back next year to enjoy all tha amenities and take a balloon ride.

We spent two months in this home the winter of 2008 and found it to be very, very clean, quiet, and beautifully appointed (3 TVs). The den/office is a perfect set-up for your computer and printer. You don't have to bring much other than your clothes. This property has everything you need for your home away from home.
