A Wonderful Place...

We spent a week at this beautiful home with a group of friends. The rooms were comfortable, we felt safe in Ajijic, and the restaurants were wonderful. There was so much to do: reading in the garden, walking in town and enjoying the colorful buildings, line dancing and playing bridge at the Cultural Center. We took a painting class from a local (very talented) artist, went to two art shows, toured Guadalajara, had friends in for a party and enjoyed the sunshine and beautiful sunsets from the roof. It was a perfect spot for a get-away.

COMFORTABLE ELEGANCE

We had a short three month stay in this heavenly home and garden. The photos cannot convey the feeling of calm that you get when you walk into the house. The kitchen is completely adequate for the best of cooks or "chefs". The rooms are clean and bright. It is located right in the heart of everything. No need for a car.The owners and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the feel of Mexico. The beautiful art and quality furnishings greatly enhanced our enjoyment and the garden is a wonderful place to just hang out.

This Mexican colonial home in the heart of Ajijic is truly a treasure and a piece of paradise that we have enjoyed for the last three years, returning every summer for three months. Jeff and Robert have wonderful taste and the house is beautifully and appropriately decorated, maintaining a casual elegance. The pictures do not capture the charm of this lovely home. The house is within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants as well as the town plaza. In fact a perfect location as you can walk to almost "all that happens" here in Ajijic. Delightful weather, warm and friendly people and a very lovely home that you'll love and not want to leave. We feel fortunate that Jeff and Robert will share it with us. BBC and JSC
