A short walk along the beach are Smith’s Reef and Coral Gardens, two of the Island’s finest snorkeling reefs within swimming distance from shore.
The spacious and supremely comfortable holiday home consists of two levels, with six bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, cable television and telephones. A formal dining room accommodates 12, and adjoins a lavish and beautifully outfitted gourmet kitchen, with breakfast bar.
Stepping through the entrance foyer, is a great room with wet bar, and separate den/TV room; 14 foot floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to the outdoor covered patio facing the beach, a perfect area for entertaining, additional dining, or poolside lounging.
From the quiet privilege of your beachfront patio, take in the view of Provo’s northshore reef, yachts and fishing boats beyond, and the occasional paragliders breezing overhead in the distance.
Upper level has two master suites (King beds) facing ocean; while the third (King) and fourth (Queen) bedrooms overlook the front gardens. Lower level contains additional two garden-front bedrooms, one with two twins, the other with Queen. Guest powder room just off the Great Room, laundry room with two washers and dryer complete the accommodations.
Serenity House is surrounded by colorful tropical foliage in a large and private garden. Conveniently located only a two minute drive or short walk to grocery shopping or Turtle Cove Marina, with several fine restaurants, shops, fishing, diving and watersports activities.
