Convenient location, clean, Baywatch personnel great to deal with, owners very prompt and helpful with any questions/replies. Would stay again and highly recommend. All info stated is accurate. Go and enjoy a great stay at the beach for a nominal rental.

Just spent a week at this unit on the beach. Everything was clean, nice and well kept. The communication with the owner was top notch and the price was very competitve...you probably will not find a place on right on the beach with all the amenitites at a cheaper rate. I would rate the overall experience excellent. Thanks Tim!

We had a great stay at Baywatch towers. The owners were easy to deal with and were always very prompt in answering our questions or concerns. We arrived just before 2 p.m., and were checked in within a matter of minutes. When we got to our unit, we found it was very clean and had everything we would need to make our stay comfortable. The hotel, pools and deck area are clean and well maintained, and the staff are all very friendly. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We didn't try the restaurants on location, but there are many great places to eat nearby. If you are up for a walk, head south down the beach to 48th Ave S to the swash. It is best to go towards low tide, when it is heading out so you can get accross. If you stand in the middle, and look carefully, you will find lots of shells being washed back out into the ocean. We have found a few rare shells in excellent condition there over the years. I would definitely recommend Baywatch Towers to anyone.

Condo was great. Great communication with the owner. Very clean, had everything we needed. View was spectacular. We loved that the resort lights up the beach at night. My family and I enjoyed walking around the beach under the moonlight and building castles without the burn of the sun :) Resort was great, not too crowded, plenty of space. Lots to do in close proximity. Grocery and WalMart close by too. Recommend the following: Dino's House of Pancakes, Capt. Dick's Saltwater Marsh Tour, River City Cafe in Murrels Inlet, Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Mt. Atlanticus Mini Golf.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Condo was in great condition. Owners were very responsive to all questions that I emailed to them. It was perfect for my wife, son, and I. The best thing is they allow you to check in at 2:00pm. When we arrived there were three people in the lobby checking in. It took us less than 15 minutes to check in and get all of our luggage up to the room. At 4:00 I took a walk down to the lobby. There were 60 people in line checking in. I am glad I didn't have to wait in that huge line.

I think my holiday actually started from the moment I made contact with the owners. The communication was warm, friendly and very informative. They enabled me to proceed with my plans without hesitation and everything was beyond expectation upon arrival. I certainly appreciate a well-appointed, well-organized accommodation and this is exactly what I found. I would never hesitate to return to this wonderful condo and all of its amenities.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Just spent a week at the Baywatch Resort. Loved my stay. The owners were wonderful with communication and the condo was clean and we had a great view. Would definitely rent from this owner again. :)
