This gorgeous second floor condominium sits directly facing the ocean on the north shore beach of Banderas Bay. The only thing between you and the beach is the infinity pool, the largest in the area. The views are spectacular and unimpeded. In the event that the stunning sunrises, sunsets, and views from the 47 foot-long terrace are too much for you, the residence features full amenities including satellite TV/XM stereo, wireless internet, and a video library. You will find a wonderfully furnished kitchen including stainless steel appliances and granite dining bar. The unit is tastefully decorated and includes granite, stone, and marble in the dining area, kitchen, and baths, Mexican tile floors throughout,and elevator service direct to the unit.
The unit's private terrace is a terrific place to dine, read, relax, nap, or entertain. The common outdoor patio area includes the 80-foot infinity pool, hot tub, barbecue, outdoor kitchen and shade palapas, and pool furniture.
The views from the master suite and living room are endless ocean expanses. Puerto Vallarta and the Tres Marietas islands are visible from the terrace. The condominium is approximately 2500 square feet in size. There are numerous restaurants within five to ten minutes walking distance.
