This gorgeous second floor condominium sits directly facing the ocean on the north shore beach of Banderas Bay. The only thing between you and the beach is the infinity pool. The views are spectacular and unimpeded. In the event that the stunning sunrises, sunsets, and views from the 47 foot-long terrace are too much for you, the residence features full amenities including satellite TV/XM stereo, wireless internet, and a video library. You will find a wonderfully furnished kitchen to prepare your favorite beverage, snack, or gourmet meal, or numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk if you don't want to cook at all. The unit is tastefully decorated and includes granite, stone, and marble in the dining area, kitchen, and baths, Mexican tile floors throughout, and elevator service direct to the unit.
The unit's large private terrace is a terrific place to dine, read, relax, nap, or entertain. The common outdoor patio area includes the 80-foot infinity pool, hot tub, barbecue, outdoor kitchen and shade palapas, and pool furniture.
The views from the master suite and living room are endless Pacific ocean expanses and include the Marietas Islands and across the bay to Puerto Vallarta and Yelapa.
Each bedroom has a deluxe King bed and private bathroom with large walk-in showers and tons of storage. The master bath also has a large soaking tub. The condominium is approximately 2500 square feet in size. There are only 18 condos in the building assuring you both peace and privacy for a restful, relaxing stay.

Our travels and adventures brought us to Punta de Mita -- unspoiled and uncrowded, peaceful and safe. Purchasing a property right on the beach was a dream we had talked about for years, and this place is perfect. Our building has only 18 units so it retains its peaceful qualities, unlike the typical resort condos. Travel to and from Punta de Mita is easy from just about anywhere in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The beach is literally just a few steps away. You can walk for miles along the beach at low tide. The panga harbor is a short walk away, you can hire a boat for diving, fishing, snorkeling, whale watching, or tours of the Mariettas Islands, just a few miles offshore (and part of our incredible view). There are a dozen or more restaurants along the beach -- everything from local fares to five-star, all within a 5 - 10 minute stroll from the property.

Beautifully Furnished Beach Front condo with Great Views. No photo shop on the Pictures the unit was actually more spectacular in person, Clean & well kept. Surfing, Fishing, Beach Walks all right there. Great Beachfront Restaurants 5 minutes or less walking distance. This is a Awesome place to get away and relax. Short drive to Puerto Vallarta if you need more excitement or Sayulita for a cool, relaxed surf town. Owners were great to deal with, will Most definetely recomend this Condo to Friends. We Will most definitely by back Soon!

This was our 1st visit to this area and we lucked our and picked the most fabulous condo on the beach! It is decorated beautifully, ON the beach, very private, pool right outside......just heaven. Our only mistake is that we only went for one week :( We have already booked for 2 weeks for next October. We had spent tme in Puerto Vallarta before but never again....LOVE THIS PLACE!

We just recently returned from our third trip to this beautiful condo in the last year and a half. There is probably no more beautiful beach front location on the entire Banderas Bay. The pictures on the web site are just a taste of how beautiful, luxurious and spacious the condo is in reality. You are just a couple of minutes walk to the fantastic, and ever improving, restaurants in Punta de Mita, twenty minutes from the popular northern beach towns of Sayulita & San Pancho and right in the middle of paradise. We both love this place and will be back in the fall.

Rick & Suzi, Our stay at El Faro was perfect. The condo was just as described and a close walk to everything. Having stayed at Hotel Artistes & Hacienda de Mita in the past, El Faro in my opinion is the best value among the three places. Nice, Spacious, Convenient and right on the beach. Our family (2 adults and 1 toddler) had an unbelievable time during our four night stay. As good as the pictures look on the website, the actual unit is even more impressive in person. The unit is very, very spacious and hauling all of our luggage into it was a breeze with the elevator that opens up into the unit. The kitchen has all of the necessary tools to cook meals (make sure to stop at the Wal-Mart, MEGA or Costco for supplies) and the living area is very comfortable. As you can tell, you're right on the ocean! Bathrooms are spacious and gorgeous and the in-unit laundry machines make vacations convenient. We are already looking forward to our next trip back.

We are so pleased with everything here. The pool is perfect, and we find ourselves spending most of our time there, reading and relaxing... it's hard to imagine a better break from the "real world".
