Our luxury ex show home villa is situated on the prestigious Indian Creek Community only a 5 minute drive to the Disney Theme Parks. It is just few minutes from shops, restaurants and local amenities.
For the golfers among you Indian Creek is ideally placed. Mystic Dunes is literally 2 minutes away by car or a 10 minute stroll for the more energetic ones. Within 15 minutes drive are two other superb courses, Championsgate International and National, designed by Greg Norman and Celebration Golf Club. These are just 3 of the many courses within easy reach of Indian Creek.
The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, is not overlooked and very close to a children’s playground, basketball and tennis court so there is plenty of room for your children to run around.
Every effort has been made to ensure it is equipped to the highest possible standard. As an ex-show it features many upgrades.The main living area is tastefully furnished to a high standard and provides comfortable seating overlooking and allowing access to the pool area.
There is a television plus VCR/DVD/CD player together with a selection of DVDs. We have also supplied a PS2 games console and some games. A built in radio system also provides music throughout the villa.There is also wireless internet access installed so don’t forget your laptop.
In the dining area there is plenty of space with comfortable seating for more than six people and there is a separate dining area with additional seating. A fully equipped 'gourmet' kitchen provides everything you will need for your vacation. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer together with an iron and ironing board for your use.
With 5 good sized bedrooms including 2 masters (King and Queen sized beds) and a themed room for the kids. Each master has its own bathroom with the other two being shared between the remaining bedrooms. With 2 roll-a-way beds our villa can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. For those of you with children our management company can provide a cot, highchair and other equipment as required.
The screened lanai contains a has a large 33 foot X 13 1/2 foot gas heated swimming pool and we are in process of having a separate hot tub fitted for added relaxation. For extra fun we have provided pool toys for children (and adults). Don’t worry about pool towels as there are also provided. There is plenty of patio furniture available. The villa is not overlooked as it backs onto a wall and is at the end of a cul-de-sac.
From the moment you enter our villa you will be certain that your stay in the "sunshine state" will be a memorable one.
For the comfort of all guests to our villa we do operate a strict "no smoking" policy
