Yes, you did not misunderstand the title. We will rent our lovely condo that sleeps up to 5 for any period all Ski Season for just $99 per night(Christmas break slightly higher)!! And no cleaning fee if you book 3 nights or more!!

This is a very nice, well maintained, one bedroom vacation condo in beautiful Fraser/Winter Park. During the Ski Season, the free, "The Lift", resort shuttle stops right in front of the unit and will take you to Winter Park Resort, restaurants and shopping. The view from the living room and deck is spectacular, a full panoramic view of Byers Peak.
We have a cozy wood burning fireplace and fully equipped kitchen with Jenn-Aire stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot and lots of pots and pans. The large lofted ceiling bedroom has a comfortable Temperpedic queen size bed with flannel sheets. There is a new queen size sofa-sleeper in the living room and an extra roll-away bed in the closet. Plenty of towels, linens, blankets and pillows.
We keep a selection of books, games and DVD's in the Condo for you to enjoy while sitting by the fire.
The Condo is directly across from the tennis courts and staffed Meadow Ridge Rec Center. You and your guests have free unlimited access to the 2-20 person hot-tubs, heated outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, racquet ball courts, very large weight room and laundry facilities.
