Beautiful, 3200 square foot, lake house located approximately 25 miles from Austin, Texas with 3 separate living areas with large screen TV's, formal dining, and a gourmet kitchen.
Ideal for year round golf with approximately 10 golf courses within 20 miles. Austin, Texas in noted as "the live music capital of the world" and literally hundreds of fine restaurants, several close-by. "Excellent fishing" off our dock and rocks in the cove below our home.
The house has become very popular for weddings in the Austin area as well as hosting family reunions,birthday celebrations, and milestone anniversaries
Approx. 2 miles down FM 2322 is Pace Bend Park with beaches, camping and picnic area. It has sandy beaches,boat launches and great day/overnite camping.
We have made the house "kid friendly" with bikes, trikes, crib and high chairs all available.
We have recently added a beautiful sun deck/ covered porch (about 750 sq. ft.) with outdoor cooking/bar area.

The house is located on a secluded cove off the main lake. We have beautiful views and sunsets. We are high up on a 50' cliff with stairs going down to the water/dock
