This unique one bedroom houseboat is fully outfitted for a weekend or week stay. It is located a short walk or bike ride away from downtown Sausalito's great restaurants, art galleries and theatres. Board the ferry in Sausalito for a short and breathtaking ride across the bay to San Francisco. Hike the Muir Woods, climb Mt. Tamalpais, or walk miles of deserted beaches on Point Reyes... or just sit on the large waterfront deck with a cool beverage and watch the tide rise and fall.

This floating home measures 440 sq. ft. packed with a galley kitchen, living space with gas fireplace and one bedroom with full size captain's bed. Light and airy, it feels like a cottage on the ocean. Rock gently to sleep with the tide.
