Indian Rocks Beach is the best beach of all the Pinellas beaches. Laid back, relaxed, good food and tons of fun. Our favorite beach by far.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
"Kooky" Kocnut is a small family owned shop in the alley with homemade ice cream, sandwhiches and many convienences!! The Light House Cafe is south on Gulf Blvd. with homemade donuts and terrific coffee/sandwhiches as well. PJ's is a local seafood restaurant a few blocks away with casual dining and there is nothing like Guppy's or SALT Rock Grill for the best seafood in town and atmosphere!!!

We had a great time at beach trail...we had perfect weather, and the place was great to have right on the beach with a pool and hot tub. It was very convenient to be able to walk right up from the beach, and it was so close to everything! We would definitely recommend staying there, and we will stay here next time we come to the beach! GO VOLS!!!

What a terrific place! We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay...relaxing both poolside and on the beach! Great location and very clean! Can not wait to book again next year!

PROPERTY IN FORCLOSURE - RENTER BEWARE!!!

This condo has great potential, but I would not recommend staying here. According to the Pinellas County Web Site, the entire condo (4 units) is in FORECLOSURE. When we arrived our unit was not ready. It was still being cleaned. Additionally, the common area was a mess. The garbage cans around the pool were overflowing and the pool was dirty and was not heated, neither was the hot tub. I e-mailed the owner to ask if someone could come and empty the garbage and turn on the pool heater. I never heard back. We had to empty the garbage and clean the pool area, not what you want to be doing on vacation. In addition, the owners of the condo (4 units) have a single basement room they they allow their cleaning women and her friends to use. These strangers showed up on both weekends and parked themselves in the common area and did not move. We were very uncomfortable with the language they were using and the people they had in and out of the development. One last comment - the entire condo is in Foreclosure - so your rent is going into the owners pocket. If you pay in advance you are taking a huge risk!!

Unfortunately the information communicated in this posting is false. The most obvious of the falsities is in regard to foreclosure. Our property is not in, nor has it been in foreclosure. This is a false charge. The Merriam-Webster definition of slander is "the utterance of false charges or misrepresentations which defame and damage another's reputation". Florida, as with most states, consider libel a punishable crime. These kinds of false and damaging statements also violate VRBO's own Response Guidelines. With a little bit of research anyone can discover that this property is not in foreclosure. We will let the truth, based in facts, tell our story. Please look to our other reviews for a more consistent and revealing depiction of our property.

This was our first trip to Indian Rocks Beach. We went the 1st week of August. We found the Beach Trail Condo online and were amazed by the pictures. We hoped that the property looked as good in person. I have to say that it is better in person! The outdoor area is amazing and very private. We rented 2 condos for the week and the other 2 units were not rented. We spent the majority of our trip in the pool or at the beach. We used the outdoor kitchen every day. It was unbelievably quiet there as well. Most days, we felt that we were the only people on the beach! The condo's were spacious and very clean. It only rained one afternoon, but with the large covered deck area and pool table, we were able to stay outside and enjoy ourselves. We would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone, especially families. Can't wait to go back.

Great place....right on the beach....the pool and spa were both great as was the grilling area.....nice to get up every morning with a cup of coffee and sit on the balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico....we will be back next year

We have stayed here several times. Each time it gets harder and harder to leave. It is a great place for all weather, too. Hot days?...cool off with Gulf breezes, dip in the new pool, or take a break in the A/C--you can people watch and check out the sail boats from your living room. Cool evenings?...light a warm fire poolside or enjoy a beverage from the hot tub. We have even had fun waiting for a rain shower to pass through hanging out in the sheltered game room/kitchen area poolside. Many fun restaraunts and bars within easy/safe walking distance. Very festive place to stay. I'll bet you won't want to leave, either. ;)
