Authentic 1920s mill with 20-foot original water wheel is now your home just ten feet from your own private 600 feet of waterfalls. Wonderful party deck with seven-person hot tub, gazebo, and wet bar with refrigerator just five feet from river. Enjoy walking up the meandering deck until you reach your own 60-feet-wide by 14-feet-high dam.

At night you will be in disbelief with the beauty of the multi-colored spotlights shining on the waterfalls. Property also has its own covered bridge and kid's cabin with front porch and electricity. Property is very private but still near all the action of Clayton, Cherokee, Lake Burton, Lake Rabun, and Lake Seed. Just minutes from countless white-water rafting companies and snow skiing st Sky Valley, horseback riding adventures, hunting, fishing, hiking, and state parks.

Inside the mill offers a wonderfully rustic experience with a two-story great room with elk, deer, buffalo, and a full bear mount. Rustic hand-hewn beams tower above with the 20-foot-high, stacked stone, gas fireplace in the background and antler-adorned ceiling fans hang above. Four bedrooms upstairs are spacious and newly renovated with carpet in bedrooms and slate floors in the bathrooms. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

  • This place is absolutely amazing folks! When I booked this place I was told it was one of the top rental places in the country, and I was like....yeah right! Let me tell you, I have NEVER in my life seen such a beautiful and awesome place! It is like Shangri-La! The falls are just breathtaking. Perfect, perfect, PERFECT! You will never find a more beautiful place to vacation at. Go and have the vacation of your life!

  • Wolffork Falls Mill is a wonderful lodge! It's rustic yet charming and has all of the amenities of home to make your stay really enjoyable, including the luscious bedding.The lodge was very clean and the outside property is fun to explore. The waterfall is a slice of heaven during the day and magical at night with its beautiful lighting. My nieces and nephew loved the hot tub and had a great time toasting smores in the outdoor fireplace. The lodge is conveniently located to the town of Clayton, the Dillard House restaurant and Chota Falls. We loved our stay at the lodge and we would highly recommend Wolffork to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet adventurous vacation lodge. I wish we could keep it a secret!

  • This was such an amazing place to vacation. I just had my pictures printed from this trip and wished I were still there. Everyone who looks at the pictures are overwhelmed by falls and whole surroundings. Really wished I had stayed 2 weeks because 1 week is just not enough time to enjoy it all. You won't be disappointed if you chose to vacation here.

  • UNREAL to say the least.... The pictures on the listing just don't do the cabin justice. VERY comfortable for the whole family.. Just down the street from the Famouls DIllard house a MUST SEE and DO after playing in the falls all day.. Every morning I woke up thinking I MUST STILL BE DREAMING!

  • This is like having your very own private state park! Spectacular light show at night with the lit wateralls. This is a place and adventure you will never forget! The water is chilly but oh! so invigorating! The sounds of the rushing water so relaxing, better than the ocean! You MUST Go! Can't WAIT to Return! :) The house has all you need! Our children loved the "critters" both outside and inside! Enjoy~

  • This is the most beautiful of all places we've ever been. The waterfall is beyond belief especially at night when the lights are on. The lodge is very nice and comfortable.
